I called Precicion Door Service because the spring had broken and I couldn't get my truck out yesterday at 4:30. By six there was a technician here ready to fix my garage door. I decided to get a new garage door opener and all new spring replacements so we put it off until this morning. Emanuel the technician was back this morning to repair my door. Emanuel is the most awesome technician I have ever seen. He is not only good at what he does, but he is very polite, professional and very knowledgable about his equipment. My garage door now opens and it glides so smooth and hardly makes any noise. The last installer that put my door in didn't even have it bolted correctly and Emanuel made sure that it was. In all my years of dealing with problems concerning things being fix, I can honestly say he has been the best professional technician I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and Emanuel to anyone.

I had my garage door repaired by Jonathan. He arrived on time with a call before arriving. He replaced two of the door panels quickly and professionally. I looked up “Garage Door Repair” on Google and of all the hits I got, Precision Door Service ad best fit my needs. My 15 year old garage doors had come loose from the wall and would not open. I called Precision Door service at 9 AM and they had a service technician at my house at 12 noon. He came from Mobile, Al to my house which is about 60miles away. We assessed the problem and decided replacement of the doors would be the best option. He called the office in Mobile and they had the doors in stock and installed them the next day.
