I am very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service of Mobile. I called late on a Tuesday night, immediately spoke to a representative, scheduled an appointment for Thursday. The service technician called to let me know he was available to come a little early, which he did. He was very respectfully and genuinely friendly. He identified the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Travis is friendly, easy going, and a true craftsman. His professional attitude is focused on resolving the door problem at hand. Precision Door Service replaced our garage door about a year ago. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. Then a few days ago, we had a small issue with a structural problem. We also wanted nylon rollers installed. They came out promptly, fixed the issue and now we're like new again. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

Jonathan was very sharp and smart. He appeared to be very organized in how to install the garage door and very efficient in his actions. So on that I give him 5 stars. However, neither of them wore masks or gloves. Your website states that they do. Even the first technician that came out to quote only put on a mask after I asked him to. The other two did not wear them to take the door down. My husband and I are very high risk where the virus is concerned, so I would give all of them a 1 for lack of sensitivity . Alabama numbers, especially Mobile, are sky high and folks just "don't get it". Wearing masks, sanitizing what you touch, etc. We are happy with our door and very disappointed in no masks and sanitation.
