Precision more than met my expectations. You arrived a day earlier than I expected, explained my problem to me provided the temporary repair we needed and arranged for a permanent repair after a replacement garage door is available. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and polite/patient not to mention empathetic after I explained the bad day I had been having. He was a terrific young man.

Our garage door came off track (not installed by PDS) & trapped my wife’s vehicle in the garage. I placed a service call to PDS at 8:00a.m. At 2:p.m. Cameron Fontenot showed up to repair. At 3:00p.m. the door was repaired. Cameron was courteous, knowledgeable , professional & efficient! I highly recommend Precision Door Service

Tommy did a great job, the installation went fast. He spent more time it seemed trying to sell me products. Now I see you offer senior and military discounts. I fit into both those categories. Can you please offer a discount off of my bill today? Hoping the new opener lasts a long time.

On Sat Aug 15 Precision Door sent Tommy Mitchell to our house to check out trouble we were having with our garage door. He was on time, very polite, very knowledgeable and fixed our problem in a very timely manner. He gave us options and information for things we might have done in the near future without any pressure. That was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use precision door again and will recommend them to others. Great service!

Tommy came to our home to give us our free quote. We were super impressed with him and all the information and options that he gave us. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and knowledgable on the products. We selected the door that we were able to customize with windows and hardware. These Guys are the best. I had them come out 3 months ago to take a look at my VERY LOUD and old garage door. They told me the door and hardware was good but I would really need to replace the opener with a new one. I did and WHAT A CHANGE ! 3 months later I had a small issue with it not closing right. They came out and took care of it at NO CHARGE. This is what a Professional, Customer focused business looks like. I recommend them to all buy friends. Bill Dorminy CEO Goldfingers

I had a very sick door and a good friend told me to call Precision Door and I sure am glad I did. Jonathan was here right on time and did a great job giving me my options of what we needed to do to fix my door. After I decided what I wanted Jonathan went to work and now I have a almost new door. I can’t hardly hear it when it goes up or down. Jonathan is a outstanding representative of Precision Door and did a fantastic job, if I ever need you guys again I will ask for Jonathan to be the one to come and take care of my door. Thanks Precision and most of all thanks Jonathan. Five stars for sure.
