Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

These Guys are the best. I had them come out 3 months ago to take a look at my VERY LOUD and old garage door. They told me the door and hardware was good but I would really need to replace the opener with a new one. I did and WHAT A CHANGE ! 3 months later I had a small issue with it not closing right. Jacob and his helper were very professional and went right to work replacing the rubber on the bottom of the door and then replacing the roller to lift the garage door.
