The technician arrived right on time . He diagnosed the problem requiring repair , clearly went over what was needed and the cost. Everything needed was on the truck and he quickly had the door operating again. The belt mechanism was replaced and he was also able to put in a new key pad. We are very happy with our first experience with Precision and will recommend and use again if needed.

Dillon Hunt did a great job answering my questions during the initial consultation. Dylon Byrd was mentoring Dillon but I did not know until later in the initial consultation. Really demonstrates the level of training your team goes through. Michael and Alex did a great job! They were professional and even though they had to come through the house they wiped their feet before entering. They cleaned up after the job and even wiped down some of the areas on the outside of the new door that were a little dirty. They also used a blower to clean off the driveway. Very professional!

This review is a few weeks old. I believe my technician was Tommy Mitchell. He was awesome. He explained everything in detail and explained my options. I spent more than I intended to but I am extremely pleased. Like my outdoor opener, the garage door is very quite whereas it was very loud, plus the other features. Extremely pleased! Tommy was awesome, professional, and exercised good covid 19 precautions, including distancing and disinfecting. Hope Tommy gets some good recognition from this review. He deserves it. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone who inquires about a garage door or repair. Thank you.

The representative was at my home within 30minutes and provides a proposal that would completely address our needs. Gave options and then final price. Within 2 hours the two men had finished and made sure we understood operations of the new system What an improvement over the old door lift. Much smoother and quieter. They charged $149 for the same part I could have bought online for $16.95. Quite a markup. The maintenance they did to my door was very good
