Saw the commercials on TV so called for a quote. The guys were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Within 24 hours our new garage door was installed. Amazed at how quiet and smooth it runs. Love it!

Shawn, your service technician, did an excellent job of inspecting our doors and ensuring they were in good shape. Then he found a connection issue on one of the doors and corrected that problem. Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Shawn's service and I will certainly call upon Precision Door Service for any future repair issues.

Chris and his team did amazing work. They arrived promptly at 2 and were very professional and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring, but they ended up fixing the rollers since those were about to break as well. He walked me through all of the available options and the repair process. He even fixed the motor mount for no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

The guy came early. My appointment was between 2--4. He got here a little after 1. Garage door repair -- works like brand new. He did a fine job. I like the smaller remote control for the door. He explained about it being guaranteed for 5 years.

Precision Doors installed the system approximately 5 years ago. I was so umpressed with how quick and efficient they were. The system has worked perfectly but recently malfunctioned. I would not think of calling anyone other than Precision. Rhe tech called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He immediately diagnosed the problem then fixed it. I was well pleased with the service. Very good company with well trained employees.
