The same day service was great, I was leaving to go earlier, and my GD wouldn't close and I was off, and I had to get it fix that day, because I had to go back to work Tue. I had call other same day service, but they said not today, the next day, so I got on line and seen your add,and called, and the young lady say yes we can get to you today, and the young man very professional name Shawn came and check it out , and he knew what the problem was, and he fixed it very quick, I said yes, because I wasn't going to be able to sleep with my garage door open all night, the price was reasonable, and I didn't have to miss work the next day, Great job Shawn!!!!

I had the spring break on one of my garage doors today. I contacted Precision Door at about 1:30. The tech arrived at my house at 3PM. The agreed upon time for my appointment was between 3 and 5PM It took Chris a little over 1 hour to replace the broken spring, rod and other parts. Chris did an excellent job.

Awesome service! Contacted Precision Door via the online chat service late on a Sunday night. Customer service responded and scheduled a repair technician first thing Monday morning. Repair technicians were highly knowledgeable about what was going on with our garage door. They made repairs very quickly and got our door working in no time! Highly recommend their services! My garage door had popped off of the rail. Called the 800# and spoke with a live person and she was able to set up an appointment for early the next day. Received an email with the technician name, William Squires. Mr. William called the morning of and arrived on time. He was very professional, respectful and honest about my garage problem. Looking forward to having them to install a new garage door for me.

I initially had called another service on the Eastern Shore. The guy who answered the phone acted as if I had interrupted his day, and wanted to schedule me for the afternoon of the next day? I then called Precision Door Service and was immediately scheduled by Miranda for 11 am the same day. In less than 20 minutes, I was called by Kirby Reeves the service technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes. Kirby arrived at about 9:30 am same day, handled my repair to the drive belt, and also offered additional recommendations and quotes that he thought I might need. He handled all the repairs quickly, and professionaly, and even spent time giving me a tutorial lesson on garage door maintenance to help prolong the life of my door and motor system. This place is A#1 over the other guy I had called, sometimes keeping things local, aren't always your best bet? I would recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends and anyone else on the Eastern Shore for their prompt, courteous, and above and beyond service to ensure you have, and maintain the best life of your current or new garage door system. These guys CARE!!!!!

The replacement of my broken garage door opener was performed in a professional and timely manner. The technician was thorough and explained everything. The opener performs as expected and really is quiet. My only complaint is the price. Considering the price of comparable openers, the installation cost is somewhere around $250. Pretty steep for 1 1/2 hours of work.

We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.

The service I received was outstanding. After explaining the situation on the phone to the Representative acknowledged her understanding and stated she would do everything in her power to get a technician to my home that day. Later, Emanuel Striveson arrived. He already understood the problem from the description that was forwarded. Emanuel provided a deliberate, knowledgeable, and professional evaluation with multiple solutions. Emanuel resolved the issue in a very timely fashion.
