I chose Precision Door Service after a Google search and reading the positive reviews left by previous customers. The technician that performed the work was the most absolute professional, punctual, and thorough I have ever dealt with. He is truly an asset to your company and reflects nothing less than great credit upon himself and your business. It's service like this and your fair pricing that I will highly recommend you to anyone and everyone I can that may be in need of the services you provide. I am beyond thrilled with the quality, and speed the work was performed and completed.

In my search for a door repair company for my home shop roll up door, I read reviews for Precision Door Service and decided to contact them. I was very pleased with the technician, Emmanuel, who came out. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue with my roll up door and then giving me options for repair. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate that.

My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.
