Before, having services done on 05/26/23, the garage door, sounded as if it was going to fall any time it was opened or closed. The Technician that came, Isaiah Sellers, was able to access the problem right away. The door itself was fine, but everything else related to the door needed repair. Wish I had recorded the sound of the door before and after. The end results are GREAT. I would highly suggest Precision Door Service with total confidence. Isaiah was very helpful with any questions, and did a great job.

Mr Austin Young was very knowledgeable, professional & explained everything concerning our existing garage door, what it needed repair wise versus the advantages of a steel door. We opted to go with a new garage door considering hurricane season is coming soon.
