The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and the products are very good. However, when I tried to call the technician back, our mobile call was dropped, to ask questions about operations and maintenance of my new equipment I was routed to the office, placed on a very long hold and told I could not talk to the technician. I asked several times but I was not allowed to talk to the technician again.

Dylon is a great salesman and person. He explained all the options to me, thus helping me make the best decision. I felt so comfortable with him and his helper, Patrick. The technicians that came to repair my garage door were, first and foremost, punctual. They were both very friendly and courteous, they explained EXACTLY what the problems with the mechanism were and gave me options of the ways to fix it, that best fit my budget. When they were done, it was like "Batman" fixed it. There were NO signs that they had ever been there, other than a perfectly functioning garage door. Elisha Wigal and the trainee that came with him,whose name I can't recall right now, were professional and personable at the same time. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees like this...BRAVO !!!!

Although our garage door could not be repaired on the same day, the technician Jonathan, seemed more than capable of handling our problem. Our opener had come completely off the door and then caused damage beyond repair. Your ad stating garage door repair and a glowing referral from a family member made me call your company. Jonathan promised to call as soon as the repair parts come in! I was worried about response time, but they could come the same day and by NOON! Thank you!

They came out to troubleshoot garage door problem. They installed new Lift Master opener and nylon rollers. Cameron and Richard did a great job and were super nice.
