We had a broken spring on our Genie Garage door, we could not lower or raise it. Antonio, the technician was great, had replacement springs on the truck and was completed in 1.5 hrs., amazing, put grease on the door and now it works quietly and raised smoothly. They did a great job.

Great company with outstanding employees both in the office and out in the field. I picked Precision for my garage door because their product was exceptionally attractive and well made. Post installation service has been exceptional. Calls go to people not robots and service is provided quickly by highly skilled, friendly, articulate employees. Everything is done in a professional manner and every question answered with technical skill and a sincere effort to be helpful. My favorite company in mobile because of their customer focus.

William was my service tech. He was on time and friendly. William asked me a lot of questions to figure out the best way to fix my problem and any other issues I had. William fixed the issue very quickly, cleaned up after himself, and asked if I had any questions before he left. I am more than satisfied with William and Precision Door Service!

The technician called before arrival, which was about 2 hours earlier than scheduled by central call center. He was patient and courteous. He diagnosed the problem rather quickly and offered a "band-aid" solution in case we did not want a new door. His option for the band-aid solution was a trial to see if it worked without charging. It did and we are happy.

Broken spring. Jonathan called and asked to come 3 hrs early than the scheduled time which was great! Very nice young man. Went right to work, explained what he was doing, and didn’t mind me watching as he worked, and learning a few things things about my system. Siliconed all moving parts, looked inside housing to inspect the internal cog wheel on my asking to confirm all good. You have a great person working for you that is capable of running the place someday soon!! Thxs for quick response to my need. Maria on scheduling was very good and thorough , also!

I contacted Precision because I called another company and left a message yesterday and they never called back. I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone when I called and because I work all week…..I was especially glad that they were coming on Saturday to service my garage door opener. I was also impressed that I was sent a text message with the technician’s picture and background information. Antonio Gilchrist was my technician and he was absolutely a joy to meet. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Precision garage door service and if all their employees are half as good as Antonio then you have a successful business. I want to add that I was never asked to be sure and do a review and give high marks like most employees do. If I receive good service I will go out of my way to write a good review because customer service is important to me and very few companies these days have good employees that provide the customer service that I received from Precision. I am very happy that the other company did not call back which means I would not have received the prompt and professional service that I received today. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give thanks to a company and young man that truly deserve compliments and 5 star rating. My next project is gutter installation and I found out from Antonio that Precision has a division that installs gutters. I will feel good about calling on them when I am ready to install gutters!!

Your reprehensive Bill came to my house in Jan. 2022 and took measurement and explained what I should have. He came back with color schemes and all materials were ordered. My purchase was colonial shutters and accordion shutters that were installed in June 2022 very professional done and I was shown how to close all shutters. I made the mistake of not paying attention about the roll down front door shutter and I called to have someone show me how to do it. The crew came the other night after a job they finished and I was embarrassed when they showed me that all I had to do was turn the long arm that they had attached to my wall next to the door very simple. They were extremely nice about it. I am very grateful for their service and Recommend them to all.
