Travis and John installed the heavy duty and unbelievably quiet door. They took their time and did a quality installation. They were very thorough and took steps to ensure a sturdy and tidy installation. The door is much higher quality than other doors that I've owned and I've never had a garage door this quiet. This is for the young man who did show up after the guy yesterday was so late that I rescheduled. I understand he had a problem with the place before me so I didn't mind rescheduling. So he was very professional and helpful but he didn't have the replacement we needed. We paid him 275.92. He said someone would come out and replace it. I certainly hope so after 2 days now 3. We paid for the service in advance. I really didn't like that. He was very nice and I will give him a good evaluation . Hope to hear from you soon.
