Called the other guys and they said it would be 4 days before they would have a tech in my area. Precision got a tech there in just 2 hours!! And the tech they sent (Kirby Reeves) was nothing short of AMAZING. He was totally dedicated to getting my garage door set up correctly (after the other guys put the wrong springs on it and ignored several serious defects requiring immediate attention). I went with Precision's "Better" package to get upgraded parts and a lifetime warranty. My garage door now operates better than it did when it was brand new. Wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. THANKS KIRBY -- SUPER JOB. And give Piggy a hug for me.

My garage door was failing so I went to the web to get professional help. I completed a few free estimate online forms and sent some email request. Of the responses that I received Precision was the most professional. Their response was prompt and inviting. I researched them further and found that their interest in safety and quality service was the same as mine. The have pictures and brief information about their techs right on the website so I knew who to expect. My Tech was Dylan and he was knowledgeable, informative, humours and professional. He assessed the repair and presented a better solution. He did not take a sales approach at all...it was more of a solution driven approach. I was able to get a professional installed door at a price I could agree to. There was no mess, no damage to my property and no lack of attention to detail. There was a little disconnect between the management office and the Tech, but their resolved it and I now have a fantastic new door.

Technician was very professional and prompt. The work was completed timely. He conducted a safety review and presented options, but wasn't a high pressure sale.

I had our garage door serviced on November 13. The technician was prompt and courteous. He worked on fixing the problem instead of selling me an expensive solution.

Old garage doors, cables and spring needed repairs. Reviewing your website and seeing the statement that you could fix any door and would come in a short time. Dylon and his team ( Austin, Christopher and Jonathan) went the extra mile to check my doors and offered suggestions that would be best for me. All of them were very professional and worked late until I was satisfied. I am pleased and would recommend Precision. Thank you!

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great. Kirby explained everything and checked with me throughout the whole process. He worked so hard and stayed late to get the job done. He was concerned about the safety of the garage door, which to me is the most important area when dealing with garage door issues. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and we will do business again with them in the future as needed. Really a good experience.

I called Precicion Door Service because the spring had broken and I couldn't get my truck out yesterday at 4:30. By six there was a technician here ready to fix my garage door. I decided to get a new garage door opener and all new spring replacements so we put it off until this morning. Emanuel the technician was back this morning to repair my door. Emanuel is the most awesome technician I have ever seen. He is not only good at what he does, but he is very polite, professional and very knowledgable about his equipment. My garage door now opens and it glides so smooth and hardly makes any noise. The last installer that put my door in didn't even have it bolted correctly and Emanuel made sure that it was. In all my years of dealing with problems concerning things being fix, I can honestly say he has been the best professional technician I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and Emanuel to anyone.

I had my garage door repaired by Jonathan. He arrived on time with a call before arriving. He replaced two of the door panels quickly and professionally. He went beyond what the job entailed, answered all my question and was very polite. The cost of the job way cheaper then I expected. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of a garage door repair. Will use again in the future if needed!

Kirby Reeves was my technician and I received 5 star service today. Kirby arrived at my home at the agreed upon time diagnosed the problem shared with me what the problem was and step by step how he planned to repair the door. He was very professional and answered all my questions all the way down to the pricing before he started the job. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Rather than have my 30 year old garage door repaired, I decided to purchase a new garage door. It was a pleasure having Kirby walk me through the process of this purchase. Instead of pushing for a sale, he did a great job at explaining my options and helped me to understand the components of each option. I can't wait for my new door to be installed.
