I am a retired Sears service man, so I know how to do repairers. But since retiring I have a problem with my one shoulder. So when the spring broke on our garage door, I did not attempt to fix it. Called for service & Isaiah came out the next day. He gave me a fair price and repaired it on the spot. I could tell, he was well trained and knew what he was doing. My wife & I are very satisfied.

I had to buy a new keypad entry box because of a defective 9v battery attachment pad. I know they have to make some kind of sales between door installs but a new keypad v a cheap battery connector. But I got a new box with a 90 day guarantee. Dylan the serviceman was great and was fast.

Dylon and Sam came by o time. Received a text and phone call and email from company and Dylon saying Dylon was on the way and then Dylon called and said he was in the way with a picture of him and biography sketch. Amazing! And when they got here he told me the repair options and prices. Reset tension spring and replaced rollers and lubricated and aligned track. Done in less than one hour! Best of the best! 5 stars plus!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dylon and Sam and Precision Door,!

The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful, very professional. My problem is with scheduling. I had a morning appointment that was booked two days before. I received a call it needed to be rescheduled from 2-4. No one arrived so I called, they said it had been changed to 2-6 with no notice. You have a real problem having a call center and not having local people with Precision handle appointments. They are your front line to the customer. I should know, I’m a partner in a consumer and business to business market research company.
