My husband pulled a muscle in his back trying to manually open the garage door! Called Precision and they came out and took care of the problem! Nicolas was very prompt, the first part of my service time window. He was efficient and knowledgeable about my situation and gave me other options to correct not only my requested problem but options to make my install from a previous company safer. He was patient with me changing my mind twice! He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The only problem, neither of us thought to reprogram the remote since disconnecting the wires during the opener remount affected remote operation.
