Awesome service! The appointment was scheduled quickly to get my malfunctioning garage door opener checked. Then I thought the repair would have to be scheduled for another day, but it was done the same day. The technician Matt was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Antonio was very professional. He gave me 4 options to fix my garage door opener. Since my old garage door opener was over 15 years old, I decided to get a new opener. Antonio did a great job installing the new opener. I could not believe how quiet the new opener was. I would highly recommend Precision Door service.

I was very pleased with the work done by Dylon and Hayden today. They were here right on time, discovered the problem right away, and fixed it. In addition, they made a recommendation for some brackets which sounded like a good idea to me and we added that, so I did purchase a product, but it was not on the list. I had a garage door and opener installed. The communication with Precision was excellent start to finish. Technician William Squires arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional. He removed the old door and track and installed the new door and opener in a very timely manner. He took the time to describe in detail proper care of the door to ensure that it remains properly maintained and serviceable for years to come.

We actually purchased a package that replaced springs, rollers, remotes, and gave us a keypad too. I initially made contact through the chatline at 10:00 pm! A real person on chatline got my info and set up appointment for the next morning. Richard Jones was our technician. He called about 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He was very informative and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. His work was performed quickly and neatly. He throughly checked out the equipment and made sure we understood maintenance and operation. He finished in the estimated amount of time. We are very pleased with the entire repair, replace and installation and would definitely recommend this company, and our technician too. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. Happily, I was able to get my car out of my garage within a few hours!
