We were very pleased with the prompt service we received for what was a minor problem we should have caught. We were concerned about trying to do the steps we thought we would have to do to fix the problem. The service man was very patient as I wrote down what had happened and why so we could watch for it in the future. I have recommended your company to a friend and she called and received the same excellent service. Thank you entire staff including the woman who took our call at about 4 mins, to 5 one day.

After listening to my concerns, he immediately identified the concerns and potential problems, which creates serious safety hazards involving the door. Allred to ha e garage door service iced do to it would open all by itself at various times or the day. Tech came out and said he couldn't do anything because he didn't bring his device to reset the frequency on the door. I was charged a service fee for doing nothing.
