Excellent service on short notice. The garage door malfunctioned very noisily right after I pulled into the garage and tried to close it. The door was hanging half off the track right over my car. My garage door main spring broke after 27 years. Called my son to see if he new who I could call. He said to call Precision because they had done good work on his neighbors garage door and for several other people in his neighborhood. I called Precision and had an appointment set up for just 2 hours from the time I called. Within 30 minutes the technician called back and said he was within 10 minutes from my house, would it be OK if he came by early. I said yes, and an hour later my garage door was running like new!!! I do recommend Precision and will call them if I need anything else for my garage door.
