Still waiting on part. Technician was out on Friday before Memorial day and said he had to order a part. As of Wed. I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said part had not come in yet. It is Saturday the 3rd and I haven't heard anything so I am in limbo. Hopefully it will be in next week. Very small part very large price. LOL

Had a great experience! I called with some questions about servicing my garage door. The operator was very nice, even though she did not know the specific answers to my questions. I had a call back from a manager and he was quick to answer my questions and send a tech out for a free estimate. The Tech, Travis was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable! After our good/better/best quote (which was so very helpful) we decided on the work and called to schedule Travis to come back to perform the work. He was on time and worked diligently to get the job done. We would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this great experience. The garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called on Sunday evening of Mother's Day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and professional. He was very honest on what he was going to do and what he would recommend. He was not pushy. Just matter of fact. I know nothing about garage doors except pushing the remote! One hour later, the spring was fixed plus the other spring, rollers, and drums. He had originally suggested the cable needed replacing too. After looking more closely at the cables he said they were fine. Most repairmen would replace any way to have an added charge. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs and be sure to ask for Chris. Excellent customer service.

Jonathan Reeves was awesome. He came the same day and checked my broken garage door, did the estimate and I decided to buy and install a new door. So happy I did it. Today Jonathan Reeves and Emanuel Striveson came and installed. It looks very good, better than I expected. Is very silent and the outside key pad will be a life saver.

I really cant believe I was invited to complete a survey. I requested a consultation, technician came out and we spent over an hour discussing my need for 2 doors and openers, agreed on pricing, and also agreed that he would perform the work when no one was at our home. The day before the scheduled appointment I received an e-mail confirming the appointment. About an hour before the appointment time I received a voice mail from a different technician, whom I had never met or talked to, informing me that he would be at my home in an hour to do the work. I immediately sent a text message to the technician that I met with informing him of the voice mail and asked him if he would be there as well. He said no, that HIS MANAGER PULLED HIM OFF OF MY JOB AND SENT HIM ON A COMMERCIAL JOB. How nice! I immediately cancelled the order thru your website and proceeded to look alsewhere for a door supplier/installer that actually gives a damned about their customers. You guys really stink. I have been in sales/customer service for 30 years and the way that you handled this is EXACTLY THE WRONG WAY to treat a paying customer. Maybe the $3100 order was simply not enough to be treated in a decent way. It resulted in messing up the schedule for painting, but, and this is the only good part, I ended up with BETTER equipment and a LOWER PRICE. Word of mouth is powerful. I will be certain than I steer anyone needing garage doors away from your pitiful little company. The truth CAN hurt.

I used Precision Door Mobile and had quick and excellent service done by Van Babcock. He was personable, very quick with his work and they do honor a military discount. All veterans out there, if you need any repair on your garage door, call this company and ask for Van The Man!
