Mathew and Joe were friendly, professional and informative. They installed new garage door opener along with rollers and springs. Took the time to show me how to open manually and inside and outside keypads. I would recommend Precision Door Service if you need a service call or installation.

He took the time to explain all the work he would be doing from the three quotes he provided, before we selected our quote. I would have Samuel do additional work at our home anytime it's needed.

The technicians are very professional, timely and helpful. The product quality is very poor. The old garage door opener I replaced had worked well at my house for over ten years. I bought a new garage door opener from Precision and it lasted slightly over a year and had to be replaced but was not covered by warranty. I then paid for a new one that lasted less than 6 months before I had to pay several hundred dollars for repair. I was told the problem was moister. With the humidity in Mobile, AL there will be moisture accumulation in almost any garage.

My garage door would not operate properly so I called Precision Door. They had installed the door. Precision sent Antonio to fix my problem. He was very friendly, very professional , and knew exactly what was needed. The situation was very pleasant thanks to Antonio’s attitude!
