Timely response to come look at the damaged door. More than timely response in accomplishing the actual repair (a week earlier than promised).

Prompt service-same afternoon in our case. The technician was a polite, well spoken young man who was very good at explaining the issues and alternatives for repair vs. replacement. We chose replacement since lightning had badly damaged our opener. He had the new unit up and working within two hours. He cleaned up his packaging and took away our old broken unit, explained everything, and offered to help program our vehicles to the new opener. We will use this company again when needed.

I had an emergency after hours yesterday and called your company. The 4 hour time frame given was understandable; however, your guys were great and made it to my office in less than 1.5 hours. Your guys were absolutely fantastic, very professional! They explained the repairs that were needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Wonderful experience, and will definitely use your company again.

I have used Precision twice now for new installations, on both occasions Precision's service was prompt, courteous and at what I consider to be a fair and competitive price. One installation required a 20 ft wide custom door. It both looks and works superb. If you reside in the Mobile/Pensacola area, there is no better choice.

Excellent service. My repaired door is super quiet. Service man did a complete inspection, showed me wear and safety issues, and gave me options. I was well informed and free to make my own decisions . I wish other service providers were this efficient.

Googled garage door repairs and your company came up. Liked the idea of same day service and repair. Repairman Kinsman Knight was here at time he said. Quick evaluation of problem and necessary equipment on truck. Repaired with smooth belt operation. Nice, polite repairman and a happy customer.

Superior service from two knowledgeable technicians. I had no idea that my garage door was that close from self destructing. Thankfully, I saw a Precision Door Truck go by, and said I should service my door. I will definitely recommend Precision Door and will use this service again.

Very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise shown by the technicians replacing the center bearing and springs on our garage door. Once the center bearing and springs were replaced they lubricated and adjusted the rollers and the frame and made sure the door operated properly. Actually once they finished and operated the door one could tell a definite quietness of the operation of the door. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or serviced. We will definitely use them again.

Service was excellent. They were actually here earlier than they quoted. Technicians knew there products and advised on a different action than repair because of age and parts availability. Did not take more than an hour. Excellent work.
