I looked up garage door repair and you were the 1st ones to come up and it said 24/7 I called at around 6:30 on Saturday evening and 2 techs showed up after 8pm when I called they said between 8-10pm which was great. They informed me of everything and the cost the 2 guys that came out where very friendly and did a great job thanks

The workmen were awesome, I had no problem with them. They were incredibly professional and explained to me everything they were doing. My issue was that the base price they gave was over twice what the woman on the phone told me. I understand that over-the-phone estimates are just ball park figures, but I told her my problem, a broken torsion spring, and she quoted me the service fee and parts. She said nothing about an additional assembly fee which almost doubled the price. I was under the impression that the repair would be under $200. When I called around, I was quoted a price in the same area. I chose this company because of the good reviews and how frank the woman on the phone was. Imagine my surprise when I was quoted a baseline of $350 upwards to $600. They did knock off the service fee since I mentioned the promotion the woman told me about, but even with this discount, it was twice the amount. While I have agreed to the price, and paid, I can't help but feel that it was a little bit of a bait-and-switch. I'm not sure what can be done to stop this from happening in the future, but if, after the warranty expires, I do have another issue with my garage door, I will be thinking twice about calling your company again.

On a day when I was supposed to go out of town, I came home to find a half-collapsed garage door. I found this company via a Google search, and I must say this was hands-down the best service call experience I have ever had. The technician Jason arrived quicker than I could have hoped for... he was extremely pleasant and patient. He assessed the situation, went over the particulars with me, then had the door repaired and running better than before in less than 30 minutes! The best part was the cost was very reasonable! I can not remember the last time I had an emergency repair call that the bill did not leave me feeling violated. Definitely I recommend this company and Jason in particular!!!

Our garage door broke on a Friday evening, we called several companies in Mobile and could not get a single one to come out and repair our garage. Our home and the contents in our garage would have been privy to the elements and to thieves had we not gotten it repaired that night. I was about to give up when I found Precision on line and called them. The customer service representative was very friendly and assured me that they would repair our garage within 4 hours or there would be no service charge, they even had coupons on line to help defray the cost of the repair. Even though it was considered an emergency repair there was no extra charge! She told me that the technician would call me soon and the repair would be done in 4 hours. The technician called after about an hour and then drove from Pensacola to Mobile to repair our garage. The technician was very informative and professional. He repaired the garage in less than an hour and helped us save money in the long run by presenting us with affordable options for our repair. I will definitely refer this company to our friends and family.

Justin Ables was our technician. He called while on his way and was on time. He was polite and knew what he was doing. He explained in detail what he needed to do to get our garage door back working. He gave us three choices and did not try and pressure us into the most expensive one (although that is the one we chose.) He answered our questions. He quickly got to work and had our garage door back working, just like new!
