I would say a 5 star rating. Chris was very professional, on time and very personable. He was called to come and set out garage door openers so that we could get our new vehicles in the garage Chris is a darn good salesman. He left with a contract for 3 new garage doors and complete systems. I called about 3 pm today for an appt and they had Chris here by 5pm. I would call that good service. I own a Mortgage Company and I would be thrilled with an employee like Chris.

Chris was scheduled to come, and he called a asked if he could come early, which was great, then he got here and was super nice and informative, did the job quickly and flawlessly, then taught us how to use the keypad (he was VERY patient and helpful as I asked him to explain it to me several times.) We love our new QUIET garage door opener! Give Chris a big fat raise, he was WONDERFUL! Our cats liked him, too

Excellent service. Friendly service persons. I called them this morning and they scheduled me from 2 - 4. The service person called me around 12:45 to say he could be out a little after 1. They showed up on time and were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They told me it would take an hour to install. They were done in under 45 minutes. They made sure that I knew how to operate all functions before they left. Very pleased. I definitely recommend Precision.

Called the other guys and they said it would be 4 days before they would have a tech in my area. Precision got a tech there in just 2 hours!! And the tech they sent (Kirby Reeves) was nothing short of AMAZING. He was totally dedicated to getting my garage door set up correctly (after the other guys put the wrong springs on it and ignored several serious defects requiring immediate attention). I went with Precision's "Better" package to get upgraded parts and a lifetime warranty. My garage door now operates better than it did when it was brand new. Wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. THANKS KIRBY -- SUPER JOB. And give Piggy a hug for me.

My garage door was failing so I went to the web to get professional help. I completed a few free estimate online forms and sent some email request. Of the responses that I received Precision was the most professional. Their response was prompt and inviting. I researched them further and found that their interest in safety and quality service was the same as mine. The have pictures and brief information about their techs right on the website so I knew who to expect. My Tech was Dylan and he was knowledgeable, informative, humours and professional. He assessed the repair and presented a better solution. He did not take a sales approach at all...it was more of a solution driven approach. I was able to get a professional installed door at a price I could agree to. There was no mess, no damage to my property and no lack of attention to detail. There was a little disconnect between the management office and the Tech, but their resolved it and I now have a fantastic new door.
