Although our garage door could not be repaired on the same day, the technician Jonathan, seemed more than capable of handling our problem. Our opener had come completely off the door and then caused damage beyond repair. Your ad stating garage door repair and a glowing referral from a family member made me call your company. I would see your trucks and pass by your business on my way home from work. When I need garage door repairs I was able to talk to your GM Ross Helwig and he explained what repairs were needed. Use precision once before and I appreciate the explanation on what needed to be done and why at that time on a 20 year old garage door. Door sensors were replaced this time. They were part of the bigger repair the first time I just hope they last a little longer this time. Both times I like the way the techs went about their business. Will use them again but hopefully won’t need them. Thanks for your service
