The only company we trust to fix an overhead door problem. Today the problem was larger than we had anticipate. Lawrence explained the situation and gave us options. We agreed on the fix and Lawrence proceed to install a new system, programed the cars to open the door. Oil all the moving parts. Job well done.

Our Service Technician, Matthew, was quite professional and polite. He diagnosed our broken garage door issue quickly, checked the condition of our other garage door and provided several options for replacing operational parts as needed, explaining each clearly. After making a plan choice the ease of making the appointment for replacement was also handled quickly. We would recommend this company for garage door needs.

I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New ! Joe was very Cordial, a pleasure to talk to, and very Knowledgeable and Professional, leaving me with some good info and tips about how to properly maintain my Garage Door. I rate 5 plus Stars, would call Precision again, and would highly recommend !

Our garage door's motor had issues so we called Precision for help. Katrina set up an appointment for the same afternoon and the technicians, Alex and Zamir, came out for service. After assessing the issue and discussing our options, we decided to replace the faulty unit. The installation took about an hour and we now have and much-needed and upgraded unit. Alex and Zamir could not have been more friendly or professional. It was a great experience from start to finish!

The guarantee that comes with the new garage door is way better than came with garage door when we bought the house.

My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!
