My garage door failed to open Tuesday night, October 14, 2014, five days before a planned two week trip. My first thought was "Well, deal with it when you return. There is no way you can get it fixed in five days." Early Wednesday morning I began to think about the garage door. I realized, I had no idea who to call. So I "Googled" garage door repair for my zip code. There, at the top of the list, was Precision claiming same day 24/7 garage door repair. "Yeah, right!" I chuckled to myself. I called their number at 6:50 A.M. fully expecting a recording. However, a very pleasant (remember it's 6:50 A.M.) sounding woman answered the phone within a couple of rings. She scheduled an appointment. By 6:00 P.M. THAT DAY the door was repaired and operational. It could have been completed by 2:00 P.M., but, I had to accept an afternoon appointment instead of one offered for that morning. I tend to ramble. To bring this to a conclusion. 1.) Great, very informative web site. 2.) They deliver as advertised. 3.) The technician Jason Lites is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, informative techs I have ever met. His responses to my questions were direct and to the point. He showed respect and patience in helping me understand my problem and options for repair. 4.) Excellent company 5.) Exceptional customer service. 6.) Timely follow up. I could go on, but, I think you can tell I'm very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Excellent service! I backed into the garage door stranding two cars inside on Sunday morning. Precision was here within a very short time and removed panels to allow us to get the cars out. They came back the next day as promised and installed a new door. Can't ask for more than that.

Fantastic service! I backed into the door on my way to church this morning and damaged it pretty badly. Precision said they would have someone out at 1:00 p.m. It is now 12:45 p.m. and he has been here and gone. The cars are out of the garage and the garage is secure. He'll be back later to complete the repair and the quote seemed very fair for the work to be done. Thank you, Precision!

Outstanding service! The spring on our garage door broke late Friday night, I googled garage door repair and your site came up. I called your number after 10 pm Friday night..expecting to leave a voicemail I was surprised to speak to a friendly lady who scheduled a technician for 8 am the next day. The technician called before arriving and arrived on time with the exact parts needed to repair the door. The technician took the time to explain what our options were and did not try to sell us more than we needed. I will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know!

6 stars!! 5 is not enough! Bobby and Jason came to my rescue in an incredible time frame. Your female operator recognized my plight & knew they were heading back to P'cola after a service call in Semmes, so immediately called them to turn around & head to my aid. They arrive within 30 minutes just as they said they would. They assed the problem & immediately went to work. After reattaching the motor to my garage ceiling & reattaching chain mechanism over garage door, they informed me of condition of mother installed (poorly) in 2009. They would replace the worn out gears or replace motor. I choose for them to replace motor, which they did, again in a timely manner. They took time to show me (several times) how to open/ close garage door using remote, wall attachemet & outside garage door attachment. They did not leave until I felt comfortable with how to work the new system. They were GREAT, WONDERFUL! I will recommend Precision Door to all my friends! Everything, from pictures of repairmen (who will be coming to my home) to their manner & ability was of highest value! Congratulations on an exceptional business! Sharon Sokol
