Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The best thing I like about this company is that the window of service is short-2 hours. Even with a two hour window they 3/3 times we have used them they have arrived right on time.

The technician arrived right on time . He diagnosed the problem requiring repair , clearly went over what was needed and the cost. Everything needed was on the truck and he quickly had the door operating again. The belt mechanism was replaced and he was also able to put in a new key pad. We are very happy with our first experience with Precision and will recommend and use again if needed.
Thank you for the wonderful review Ms. Karkkainen! Its wonderful to hear about how well our Technicians are doing through the eyes of our clients. Everything we have practiced to get better at seems to be working really well. Dont forget to call us if you have questions or concerns about your garage door. Thank you for choosing Precision!

Dillon Hunt did a great job answering my questions during the initial consultation. Dylon Byrd was mentoring Dillon but I did not know until later in the initial consultation. Really demonstrates the level of training your team goes through. Michael and Alex did a great job! They were professional and even though they had to come through the house they wiped their feet before entering. They cleaned up after the job and even wiped down some of the areas on the outside of the new door that were a little dirty. They also used a blower to clean off the driveway. Very professional!
Thank you for taking the time to write a wonderful review Mr. Tanner! Sounds like our team is headed in the right direction. We hope you will continue to use Precision in the future!

This review is a few weeks old. I believe my technician was Tommy Mitchell. He was awesome. He explained everything in detail and explained my options. I spent more than I intended to but I am extremely pleased. Like my outdoor opener, the garage door is very quite whereas it was very loud, plus the other features. Extremely pleased! Tommy was awesome, professional, and exercised good covid 19 precautions, including distancing and disinfecting. Hope Tommy gets some good recognition from this review. He deserves it. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone who inquires about a garage door or repair. Thank you.
Thank you for the review Mr. Gwin. We will be sure to let the techs know you enjoyed the service and will be willing to recommend Precision based on their actions. We appreciate you choosing Precision!

We are new to the area so call passion and the person we talked to was so nice and could immediately accommodate our repair needs. The representative was at my home within 30minutes and provides a proposal that would completely address our needs. Gave options and then final price. Within 2 hours the two men had finished and made sure we understood operations of the new system What an improvement over the old door lift. Much smoother and quieter. We are glad we found precision garage door service. Would recommend to anyone.

Tommy and his helper were very nice. Tommy did a good job of describing everything that could be done. He is a true salesman. I was really knocked down by the price of the part I needed. They charged $149 for the same part I could have bought online for $16.95. Quite a markup. The maintenance they did to my door was very good

TheTechnician was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I built the garage myself and I knew that installing a garage door was going to be a tough job because I didn't leave much headroom . I was really surprised that the tecnician was able to do it. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone. Very Satisfied, Danny Martim
