Dylon Byrd and William Squires make a great team. Within one and one-half hours after arrival, they diagnosed the problem, explained our options and installed new springs, rollers, motor, remotes and keypad. After installation, Dylon was very specific in his explanation of what was replaced and how everything worked. We WILL most definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors, family and friends.
