June 2nd was the original date of the estimate for my repairs. Two panels had to be ordered which I was told would be in the following week. Three weeks later and the job was able to be completed. I was given a service time from 10:00-noon for the tech to arrive. He called at 9:30a.m. and told me it would be 2:00p.m. before he could get here. 3:30 and still no serviceperson here, so I called and asked if he would still be coming , and he said yes. At 5:45 I got a call from another service person coming over from Florida. He arrived at 6:20p.m. The panels were put on and looking great. He told me I needed new rollers for the door as the bearings were shot. This wasn't in the original estimate, but I went ahead and had him put them on. The door looks wonderful, and runs smoothly and more quietly than before. Thank you Mike for a job well done. My complaint is that I had to call to keep tabs on when the job would be done, and when the date was finally set, it took all day long waiting for someone to get here to do the job. When Mike got here, the job was completed in less than an hour. I'd give Mike 5 stars; company contact and timeliness of repairs a 2 or 3.

Your company installed a new garage door opener on March 27, 2017. Within two months the remotes and wall unit stopped working properly. This past weekend the opener stopped working properly and your technicians came out last Tuesday June 20th made some adjustments and the door worked fine until this morning. I just placed a call requesting another service call this morning Thursday June 22nd. The opener is not working at all now. Been pleased with the attitude of the techs you sent, appreciate the quick response. very dissatisfied with the product. $500 is a lot of money for a product especially one that does not work properly work properly or at all less than three months after installation

Had a great experience! I called with some questions about servicing my garage door. The operator was very nice, even though she did not know the specific answers to my questions. I had a call back from a manager and he was quick to answer my questions and send a tech out for a free estimate. The Tech, Travis was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable! The garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called on Sunday evening of Mother's Day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and professional. He was very honest on what he was going to do and what he would recommend. He was not pushy. Just matter of fact. I know nothing about garage doors except pushing the remote! One hour later, the spring was fixed plus the other spring, rollers, and drums. He had originally suggested the cable needed replacing too. After looking more closely at the cables he said they were fine. Most repairmen would replace any way to have an added charge. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs and be sure to ask for Chris. Excellent customer service.

I really cant believe I was invited to complete a survey. I requested a consultation, technician came out and we spent over an hour discussing my need for 2 doors and openers, agreed on pricing, and also agreed that he would perform the work when no one was at our home. The day before the scheduled appointment I received an e-mail confirming the appointment. About an hour before the appointment time I received a voice mail from a different technician, whom I had never met or talked to, informing me that he would be at my home in an hour to do the work. I immediately sent a text message to the technician that I met with informing him of the voice mail and asked him if he would be there as well. He said no, that HIS MANAGER PULLED HIM OFF OF MY JOB AND SENT HIM ON A COMMERCIAL JOB. How nice! I immediately cancelled the order thru your website and proceeded to look alsewhere for a door supplier/installer that actually gives a damned about their customers. You guys really stink. I have been in sales/customer service for 30 years and the way that you handled this is EXACTLY THE WRONG WAY to treat a paying customer. Maybe the $3100 order was simply not enough to be treated in a decent way. It resulted in messing up the schedule for painting, but, and this is the only good part, I ended up with BETTER equipment and a LOWER PRICE. Word of mouth is powerful. I will be certain than I steer anyone needing garage doors away from your pitiful little company. The truth CAN hurt.

Work was done fast, area was clean when he left. Was very professional in all action. Problem: the emergence stop lights will not stay in place have to adjust every other time you try to close garage door.
