The door spring broke at night I called and set up the appointment for the next morning. The guy was here at 8:30 fixed the problem and the wife is happy so I am delighted. Great service, fair price and happy wife. They are good.

5 star. Someone answered the phone at 8 pm and scheduled me for 1pm. Repair men were exactly 1pm. Took then less than an hour to repair garage door.

Awesome service from scheduling the appointment to the service call. I was able to schedule the appointment and have a service technician on scene within an hour. Scott provided me with several options and estimates well within my budget. Once I decided on my service option, he went right to work and had the repair completed well under the time estimate he provided. Plus the door is now whisper quiet. Great service and I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I liked that I was told who would be coming to my home, and that the team's photos are on the website so I knew exactly who to expect. I felt very comfortable with them here - both men were friendly, confident and completely professional (as was the girl on the phone when I made the appointment). They took time to educate me on the equipment and even set up my car's built-in remote for me. As far as the equipment, having a lifetime warranty and 24-hour service are a huge plus.

What a great experience in customer service! Calling the office to get an appointment was easy and efficient. Ross and Mike came to the house and assessed my needs and convinced me that a new garage door and opener would be best. My garage door opener,a 1996 Lift Master model,stopped working. I called Precision Door Service today, November 3, 2015 mid morning and was told a technician, Ross Helwig would be at my house between 1:00 -3:00 pm the same day to diagnose,repair and/or replace. Ross called and due to a cancellation he was able to come much earlier. I appreciated the Company's prompt,courteous response and I was very appreciative of repair or replace options after his diagnosis for me to choose. It was fairly obvious of the decision I needed to make without any high pressure sales techniques. I am completely satisfied with my decision and I would highly recommend this Company's products and services. Ross was by far one of the best service technicians we have ever had at our home!

The workmen were awesome, I had no problem with them. They were incredibly professional and explained to me everything they were doing. My issue was that the base price they gave was over twice what the woman on the phone told me. I understand that over-the-phone estimates are just ball park figures, but I told her my problem, a broken torsion spring, and she quoted me the service fee and parts. She said nothing about an additional assembly fee which almost doubled the price. I was under the impression that the repair would be under $200. When I called around, I was quoted a price in the same area. I chose this company because of the good reviews and how frank the woman on the phone was. Imagine my surprise when I was quoted a baseline of $350 upwards to $600. They did knock off the service fee since I mentioned the promotion the woman told me about, but even with this discount, it was twice the amount. While I have agreed to the price, and paid, I can't help but feel that it was a little bit of a bait-and-switch. I'm not sure what can be done to stop this from happening in the future, but if, after the warranty expires, I do have another issue with my garage door, I will be thinking twice about calling your company again.

I apologize for the confusion with over the phone pricing and the pricing given to you while the technician was at your home. It is difficult to give pricing over the phone due to the customer service representative not being in your garage to determine the exact problem. We do provide free repair estimates and you are not obligated in any way to move forward with the options the technician presents to you. We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately.

A coupler was replaced and I was very satisfied with the work Justin did.
