Justin Ables was our technician. He called while on his way and was on time. He was polite and knew what he was doing. He explained in detail what he needed to do to get our garage door back working. He gave us three choices and did not try and pressure us into the most expensive one (although that is the one we chose.) He answered our questions. He quickly got to work and had our garage door back working, just like new!

Justin came very quickly and inspected our door and gave us 3 levels of service. Once we decided, he went to work and finished within an hour. Our door works great and I could not be happier as we really needed the service fast. He was just great and friendly and did not put pressure on which level of service to select. I had windows put in my garage door; very happy with job Precision Door Service did. Jason was my technician. Jason called to confirm he was on his way, got my idea of what I wanted. He did not try to sell me on anything, just paid attention to my concerns. He came on Monday, said he had to order window and it would be here Friday or Saturday. But this morning (next day) he called to say it had arrived and he could put it in today. Jason was very nice and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service.

I called Precision door service after finding there ad in a Valpak I received in the mail. I talked to a very pleasant lady on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was told the name of the serviceman that would be coming to the house (Jason sites) and also received an e-mail with a picture of him. Jason called about 10 min. before he arrived. When he arrived I told him the problem, 5 min. later he told me the safety sensors was bad, he replaced the sensors and in under 30 min. he was out the door and my garage door opener worked great. I now have a Precision door service label on the wall next to my door opener. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank You

My garage door failed to open Tuesday night, October 14, 2014, five days before a planned two week trip. My first thought was "Well, deal with it when you return. There is no way you can get it fixed in five days." Early Wednesday morning I began to think about the garage door. I realized, I had no idea who to call. So I "Googled" garage door repair for my zip code. There, at the top of the list, was Precision claiming same day 24/7 garage door repair. "Yeah, right!" I chuckled to myself. I called their number at 6:50 A.M. fully expecting a recording. However, a very pleasant (remember it's 6:50 A.M.) sounding woman answered the phone within a couple of rings. She scheduled an appointment. By 6:00 P.M. THAT DAY the door was repaired and operational. It could have been completed by 2:00 P.M., but, I had to accept an afternoon appointment instead of one offered for that morning. I tend to ramble. To bring this to a conclusion. 1.) Great, very informative web site. 2.) They deliver as advertised. 3.) The technician Jason Lites is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, informative techs I have ever met. His responses to my questions were direct and to the point. He showed respect and patience in helping me understand my problem and options for repair. 4.) Excellent company 5.) Exceptional customer service. 6.) Timely follow up. I could go on, but, I think you can tell I'm very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Outstanding service! The spring on our garage door broke late Friday night, I googled garage door repair and your site came up. I called your number after 10 pm Friday night..expecting to leave a voicemail I was surprised to speak to a friendly lady who scheduled a technician for 8 am the next day. The technician called before arriving and arrived on time with the exact parts needed to repair the door.
