Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. I was so impressed with the response time from my initial contact. Within minutes I had an appointment for the same day. Communication was excellent from a phone call stating when the service tech would be there to a identifying photo and text from the service tech. When the tech arrived he was courteous and efficient, he completed the job and explained everything clearly for how to use the new key pad and remotes.. Technician arrived at time designated, gave an estimate, and went out of his way to get needed items and complete 2 regular garage doors plus a double door on an outside garage. This included putting remote openers with multiple ways to open each with security coded devises. The technicians were efficient, neat, and courteous. The price was very reasonable.

Quote for same product $1000.00 higher than competitors- a lot of money. Why? Nice website with fast response for estimates- yes - but based on the quote you will pay more for something you can get a better price on elsewhere. While it might be trouble and effort to shop around it apparently can reap dividends in terms of money saved and getting something better for the money you spent. Lots of promo going here-shop around !

I called with an issue with my garage door. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Kirby was my technician and arrived a little before our appointment time. He quickly found what the problem was and walked me through what we needed to do. I initially had called another service on the Eastern Shore. The guy who answered the phone acted as if I had interrupted his day, and wanted to schedule me for the afternoon of the next day? I then called Precision Door Service and was immediately scheduled by Miranda for 11 am the same day. In less than 20 minutes, I was called by Kirby Reeves the service technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes. Kirby arrived at about 9:30 am same day, handled my repair to the drive belt, and also offered additional recommendations and quotes that he thought I might need. He handled all the repairs quickly, and professionaly, and even spent time giving me a tutorial lesson on garage door maintenance to help prolong the life of my door and motor system. This place is A#1 over the other guy I had called, sometimes keeping things local, aren't always your best bet? I would recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends and anyone else on the Eastern Shore for their prompt, courteous, and above and beyond service to ensure you have, and maintain the best life of your current or new garage door system.
