We had an old,poorly maintained garage door and opener which basically quit working. We called Precision at about 2:30 pm and there was a tech. here at 5:00 pm. The problem was quickly assessed and a variety of solutions offered. We chose to replace the door and the day after the service call the door was replaced. The door was much heavier than the old one so the opener would not lift it, we decided to replace that also. Great service, great people, great job!

Dear Bobby, My husband and I first learned of your company, Precision Door Service, from a great neighbor, 2 doors west of our house. She gave me the name and phone no. of the business, so I called right away since we had a very troublesome problem ( not being able to open our garage door!). Having health problems at an elderly age with lots of appointments made everything suddenly seem like a disaster and it was! The magic technician, Dylan, came very quickly to our aid. He analyzed everything very quickly and told us we did not need a new door, but a new motor and controls, and some modifications to the way the door tracks hung from the ceiling. It had been a mess, all angled and scary looking. By the time Dylan finished everything, it all looked brand new. He answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. He was so very fair and honest and to tell you the truth, my husband and I just absolutely loved him.!!! He took care of us. I understand that he did the work on our neighbors garage door ( to the east of us, and put in a hurricane door!) So if anyone asks us, we will tell the truth. You all are just a great company and my spirits were lifted greatly last Friday when you guys took care of Jack Cameron and me (Pat Cameron).. Thanks so much, Mrs. Pat Cameron

I had Precision remove and reinstall a door into a detached garage in Huntsville. I was visiting my mother in Fairhope and she had a problem with her door. Since I had a used Precision before, they were the first people I called. They came the same day at the appointment time, diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repair. The installers were friendly and professional and did the work in less than an hour.

I was so impressed with the response time from my initial contact. Within minutes I had an appointment for the same day. Communication was excellent from a phone call stating when the service tech would be there to a identifying photo and text from the service tech. When the tech arrived he was courteous and efficient, he completed the job and explained everything clearly for how to use the new key pad and remotes.. I am so impressed with the excellent job completed and fantastic customer service.

Technician arrived at time designated, gave an estimate, and went out of his way to get needed items and complete 2 regular garage doors plus a double door on an outside garage. This included putting remote openers with multiple ways to open each with security coded devises. The technicians were efficient, neat, and courteous. The price was very reasonable.

Quote for same product $1000.00 higher than competitors- a lot of money. Why? Nice website with fast response for estimates- yes - but based on the quote you will pay more for something you can get a better price on elsewhere. While it might be trouble and effort to shop around it apparently can reap dividends in terms of money saved and getting something better for the money you spent. Lots of promo going here-shop around !

I called with an issue with my garage door. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Kirby was my technician and arrived a little before our appointment time. He quickly found what the problem was and walked me through what we needed to do.
