Tech arrived early. Very knowledgeable & efficient. I had expected only an estimate since it was Saturday. He had everything I needed on his truck and set right to work. He discussed everything in detail and gave excellent advice. I could not have been more satisfied! I believe his name was Chris. Very pleasant, courteous and efficient. An excellent worker! When asked if Precision Door Service offered a discount for Military Retirees, the Tech responded "absolutely, anything for our Veterans. He reduced my bill $49.00. Thank You for providing such a wonderful technician to repair my garage door. He also tuned and lubed my door which it now runs smoother than when purchased new. I called Precision doors for a quote to replace both of my garage doors and add 2 garage door openers. The technician (Michael) talked me through all of my options and gave me the quote within minutes and also stated that they had what they needed in stock and could return the next day to install. They installed everything within a few hours and walked me through how everything worked and even programmed the door openers to my vehicle. One of your competitors "dropped" your name and then suggested someone else. I googled your company and decided to try your service. From the moment the man who came to fix the garage door got out of his truck I felt we were in good hands. Quick as a flash, he pointed out things that had not been done properly. When I asked about replacing the whole thing to a new unit, he was quick and efficient to explain the new unit and what I wanted most was peace of mind and no more problems with the garage. Mike and Van arrived as scheduled. They were both professional and polite. Although I had sticker shock at the prices quoted for the repair; I felt the gentleman were honest and very capable of doing the work correctly and in a short period of time. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 10:45am.
