I initially had called another service on the Eastern Shore. The guy who answered the phone acted as if I had interrupted his day, and wanted to schedule me for the afternoon of the next day? I then called Precision Door Service and was immediately scheduled by Miranda for 11 am the same day. In less than 20 minutes, I was called by Kirby Reeves the service technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes. Kirby arrived at about 9:30 am same day, handled my repair to the drive belt, and also offered additional recommendations and quotes that he thought I might need. He handled all the repairs quickly, and professionaly, and even spent time giving me a tutorial lesson on garage door maintenance to help prolong the life of my door and motor system. This place is A#1 over the other guy I had called, sometimes keeping things local, aren't always your best bet? I would recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends and anyone else on the Eastern Shore for their prompt, courteous, and above and beyond service to ensure you have, and maintain the best life of your current or new garage door system. These guys CARE!!!!!

The technician was punctual, but...after he left, there was an issue discovered. I called the company and immediately got an appt for that same evening for a specific tweak that was needed. These techs were also punctual and in no time had corrected the issue. All were courteous no matter it being first thing in the am or the end of day pm. First visit was a 4 star. 2nd visit was a 5 star.

Chris Brown came out and assessed the trouble with my old garage door opener very quickly, and I opted to purchase a new unit. An hour later, my new - and much quieter - opener was installed, with a new wall button and outdoor keypad. Chris explained the operation and ensured that all was well before he left. They contacted me early afternoon & had the repair scheduled between 4-6:00 the same day. I got an email listing the field personnel available and who was assigned to do my repair. The assigned repair person got held up on a job and another person contacted me to let me know they would be later than expected. He came, did the work, & finished very timely and was very friendly. Very impressed they went over & beyond !!

One of the best home service companies to deal with. We are repeat customers. When you schedule they send you a confirmation email letting you know who is coming out and the time frame they are expected to arrive. I selected Precision because I liked its presentation in YP and on a flyer from Val-Pac. I liked the promise of quick service at no additional cost. I liked that the company technicians wore uniforms, carried ID, and were easily identified.
