The technician arrived right on time . He diagnosed the problem requiring repair , clearly went over what was needed and the cost. Everything needed was on the truck and he quickly had the door operating again. The belt mechanism was replaced and he was also able to put in a new key pad. We are very happy with our first experience with Precision and will recommend and use again if needed.

We are new to the area so call passion and the person we talked to was so nice and could immediately accommodate our repair needs. The representative was at my home within 30minutes and provides a proposal that would completely address our needs. Gave options and then final price. Within 2 hours the two men had finished and made sure we understood operations of the new system What an improvement over the old door lift. Much smoother and quieter. We are glad we found precision garage door service. Would recommend to anyone.

Tommy and his helper were very nice. Tommy did a good job of describing everything that could be done. He is a true salesman. I was really knocked down by the price of the part I needed. They charged $149 for the same part I could have bought online for $16.95. Quite a markup. The maintenance they did to my door was very good

Tommy at Precision Door was awesome. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. Before Tommy arrived (on time), Precision sent a photo of Tommy to my phone. I knew exactly who to expect today regarding my garage door. All I needed was my spring replaced as it broke in half. Tommy did inform me of their services and suggested a few things I may need regarding my door. However, when I informed him I only could afford the spring replacement at the time, Tommy was still the same person at the beginning. I may not have bought a garage door, but he treated me with respect and performed the service "I wanted and could afford at the time". (You know most people get mad when you don't buy something expensive from them.) Tommy is professional. I appreciate Precision for assisting someone with a limited budget. I will definitely keep them in mind when I need any other garage door repairs.

Saturday, I had an emergency with my garage door. As I opened it, I noticed a wire which fortunately did disappear as the door completely opened. However, when I exited the car and checked the location of the wire,it appeared to be the end of the pulley track wire closest to the door. It was dangling loose beside the door. As I tried to straighten and guide it along the pulley track, a pulley with a very old worn cord came off in my hand. I knew I was in trouble and remembered that I had a recent Precision coupon in my kitchen desk drawer. When I called the 826 number, a very polite and helpful lady answered and rang the Mobile number. To my relief, there was an open window on the schedule from 200:400 that afternoon. Around 3:00, a very pleasant service representative arrived and was able to install a brand new pulley and track system which was much superior to the old system which was not that nice when it was originally installed in my new house in 1992. He discovered that the problem was a broken, dangling metal rod that had cracked and was hanging by a thread at the end of the track. Options for updating the system and door were explained to me with pictures on his i-tablet. This was a great communication tool,very personalized for the present and future needs of the customer. I did elect for a completely new system and hope to gradually eventually replace my door with a better, safer one. He was concerned about the length of life and function of the motor mechanism itself. In case, it should cease to function when the car is in or out of the garage, particularly at a very inconvenient times, he demonstrated how easy it would now be to manually open and close the door until I could replace it with one of Precision's more wind resistant bar loaded ones. I felt that Precision Door and Garage Overhead certainly deserves a five star rating based on courtesy, availability, competence, explanation of options, patience to make sure that the garage door could be opened in an emergency situation, and follow-up with helpful emails. Kudos on your professionalism!

I could not ask for better service, the tech (Travis) took one look, had it diagnosed and had it done in a matter of minutes. He also notice the switch had worn down and asked me if he could replace it before I had a chance to ask him. (My wife has asked me for years to do that.) I am the owner of a company myself, and I would use Travis as an example on how to conduct business. He was very knowledgeable, has a great attitude, pleasant to talk to and was very professional.

Technician showed up this morning to perform the services that we ordered did not have the equipment to do the job had to leave the job would not given us a return date of when he would have the equipment to fix the problem
Due to the junction boxes for power being higher then expected it made it unsafe to reach with a ladder. Upon speaking with the customer he understood and was satisfied. Issue was reviewed with Emanual to call the office and move job to hold so that reviews like this could be alleviated. He was instructed by the office to close the job out but was later reviewed with the office that this was not protocol and will not happen again in the future. The fire chief did understand it was not safe to get to the junction box with a ladder and had no problem rescheduling.

We had an old,poorly maintained garage door and opener which basically quit working. We called Precision at about 2:30 pm and there was a tech. here at 5:00 pm. The problem was quickly assessed and a variety of solutions offered. We chose to replace the door and the day after the service call the door was replaced. The door was much heavier than the old one so the opener would not lift it, we decided to replace that also. Great service, great people, great job!

Dear Bobby, My husband and I first learned of your company, Precision Door Service, from a great neighbor, 2 doors west of our house. She gave me the name and phone no. of the business, so I called right away since we had a very troublesome problem ( not being able to open our garage door!). Having health problems at an elderly age with lots of appointments made everything suddenly seem like a disaster and it was! The magic technician, Dylan, came very quickly to our aid. He analyzed everything very quickly and told us we did not need a new door, but a new motor and controls, and some modifications to the way the door tracks hung from the ceiling. It had been a mess, all angled and scary looking. By the time Dylan finished everything, it all looked brand new. He answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. He was so very fair and honest and to tell you the truth, my husband and I just absolutely loved him.!!! He took care of us. I understand that he did the work on our neighbors garage door ( to the east of us, and put in a hurricane door!) So if anyone asks us, we will tell the truth. I had Precision remove and reinstall a door into a detached garage in Huntsville. I was visiting my mother in Fairhope and she had a problem with her door. Since I had a used Precision before, they were the first people I called. They came the same day at the appointment time, diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repair. The installers were friendly and professional and did the work in less than an hour.
