They contacted me early afternoon & had the repair scheduled between 4-6:00 the same day. I got an email listing the field personnel available and who was assigned to do my repair. The assigned repair person got held up on a job and another person contacted me to let me know they would be later than expected. He came, did the work, & finished very timely and was very friendly. Very impressed they went over & beyond !!

I selected Precision because I liked its presentation in YP and on a flyer from Val-Pac. I liked the promise of quick service at no additional cost. I liked that the company technicians wore uniforms, carried ID, and were easily identified.
