Chose this company random and hit the jackpot. Young man that they sent out here was polite efficient quick and very businesslike. There were no extended periods to perform the work and they came within two days even though it wasn’t a crisis. Highly recommended!

Ross is an absolute genius when it comes to Overhead doors! We had 60 14'x12' doors installed and he was there day and night to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly. He was physically there everyday working alongside his crew and did a phenomenal job getting the doors perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor and STRONGLY recommend him for any of your door needs!

Out technician arrived on time and did the job! The garage was repaired in no time. Having said that, after reviewing the invoice, I see charges that may be redundant. By Not seeing the invoice-it hindered my review of it and I believe some charges could have been avoided. Make sure you review the invoice clearly and seeing what's was done will save you money. 1 Star for value 4 Stars for services

I am still waiting for the new door and associated parts to be delivered and installed. The courtesy and assistance in removing the hurricane damaged door off my car and then standing door upright until the new door is received is appreciated. All done by one man. I had a broken cable on the garage door and was able to get an appointment within just a few days. The technician, Dylan, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No high pressure sales pitches, just explaining what needed to be done and going over different options for repairs. Given some of the other issues with the door, I opted to go with replacement of the motor and controls, and the work was done quickly. Afterward everything was explained again in detail. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Dylan and Precision to anyone needing work on their garage door.
