I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife

These Guys are the best. I had them come out 3 months ago to take a look at my VERY LOUD and old garage door. They told me the door and hardware was good but I would really need to replace the opener with a new one. I did and WHAT A CHANGE ! 3 months later I had a small issue with it not closing right. Jacob and his helper were very professional and went right to work replacing the rubber on the bottom of the door and then replacing the roller to lift the garage door. They arrived a little early, which was good for me. The technician was very knowledgeable about every question I asked him. I would rate 5 stars today.

I am very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service of Mobile. I called late on a Tuesday night, immediately spoke to a representative, scheduled an appointment for Thursday. The service technician called to let me know he was available to come a little early, which he did. He was very respectfully and genuinely friendly. He identified the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome and fast service I received today. The tech Cameron Fontenet was pulling in my driveway the same time I was after I got off work . Excellent service. He was able to quickly inform me of the issue I was having with my garage door, I will be using Precision services again.

Very professional techs that knew their craft and product lines. Originally called to replace a broken spring but opted for complete replacement of the mechanical parts and also installed new motor and belt drive. The techs called before coming and arrived on time. There may be cheaper options but one usually get what they pay for.
