Awesome and fast service I received today. The tech Cameron Fontenet was pulling in my driveway the same time I was after I got off work . Excellent service. He was able to quickly inform me of the issue I was having with my garage door, I will be using Precision services again.

Called and needed and estimate to repair garage door. Technician came out the same day and I was able to track him all the way here that was pretty cool. Very nice and professional guy. I contacted Precision because it was the company I have heard of for garage repair.

Very professional techs that knew their craft and product lines. Originally called to replace a broken spring but opted for complete replacement of the mechanical parts and also installed new motor and belt drive. The techs called before coming and arrived on time. There may be cheaper options but one usually get what they pay for.

Precision was recommended by a trusted friend. I immediately knew that I would receive quality service. I really did. Chris the technician and his assistant were on time, courteous and professional. They began to troubleshoot the garage door and informed my husband and I of the issues in order for us to make an intelligent decision about the problem. Installation and clean up was timely. I am very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service of Mobile. I called late on a Tuesday night, immediately spoke to a representative, scheduled an appointment for Thursday. The service technician called to let me know he was available to come a little early, which he did. He was very respectfully and genuinely friendly. He identified the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them.
