We called Precision because we are looking to replace our garage door downstairs. We only use this garage to see ore our lawn equipment. The door is old and we would like to replace it and add a garage door opener to it as well. Richard came out and looked everything over and was very courteous and prompt. He gave us a quote to have exactly what we wanted installed. We will definitely be going with Precision after we move some things around. I love that they send you a text identifying who is coming to your home and a little background on them. It is great knowing who you are letting in. Great experience, great customer service, great at detailing what needs to be done and a very reasonable quote. I can't recommend Precision enough!

I had a garage door and opener installed. The communication with Precision was excellent start to finish. Technician William Squires arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional. He removed the old door and track and installed the new door and opener in a very timely manner. He took the time to describe in detail proper care of the door to ensure that it remains properly maintained and serviceable for years to come.
