This is the second time I have use Precision Door service. Johnathan was on time, did the troubleshooting, and the 25 point safety inspection to accurately diagnosis my problem and gave me the quote. He did a fantastic job! He left my residence clean like he found it, even programmed our equipment. I love the new equipment, it's so quiet and smooth. Booking online or with the chat option is very easy. The turn around time is nice also. This is the only company I use for service and repair for our garage door needs.

My first impression Sunday, a very professional lady who knew my home past door experience set repair appointment for Monday . Mr. Bill Johnston, repair tech arrived on time, started repair immediately. He had spring needed in truck. He replaced professionally, politely and quickly. He advised me of some previous damage on door and gave estimates for total door replacement. With his knowledge, skill, pleasantness and professionalism, I will definetely contact Precision Door for replacement. I was very pleased and happy with entire Precision Door experience.

We have used the company before. I called in today about 11:30 and received a same day appointment. My appointment was scheduled for the hours from 4pm to 6 pm. Jonathan the technician was early which was a pleasant surprise to me since the appointment was just made today. He resolved the problem in a short period of time and we can open and close our garage again.

I had to buy a new keypad entry box because of a defective 9v battery attachment pad. I know they have to make some kind of sales between door installs but a new keypad v a cheap battery connector. But I got a new box with a 90 day guarantee. Dylan the serviceman was great and was fast.
