Excellent experience. We called Precision Door to install a roll up door on a pole barn, as well as adjust one that was already installed. Communication was excellent throughout - called prior to arrival and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. The quality of work was excellent. The technicians are very professional, timely and helpful. The product quality is very poor. The old garage door opener I replaced had worked well at my house for over ten years. I bought a new garage door opener from Precision and it lasted slightly over a year and had to be replaced but was not covered by warranty. I then paid for a new one that lasted less than 6 months before I had to pay several hundred dollars for repair. I was told the problem was moister. With the humidity in Mobile, AL there will be moisture accumulation in almost any garage.
