Service from tech continuous until job was complete. This was done after hours on a week day. Done quietly and answered questions from me. I was advised in advance time of arrival. Once your techs gave an arrival time it was so. Pleasant people to work with

Travis and John installed the heavy duty and unbelievably quiet door. They took their time and did a quality installation. They were very thorough and took steps to ensure a sturdy and tidy installation. The door is much higher quality than other doors that I've owned and I've never had a garage door this quiet. The door's operation is very smooth. Precision has done a very good job communicating with me during the entire process.

We are a repeat customer from a previous address. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with the installers and product. Matthew Long presented us with 4 different quotes, which was nice. He was very pleasant and helpful. Today, Richard Jones and his assistant completed the service. My husband was very impressed with their knowledge and work ethics. We have already referred Precision to people we know. Thank you, again, for your prompt service. Mary Long
