Precision Door was recommended by Overhead Door which now does only commercial installations. I was impressed by the effectiveness, knowledge, and efficiency of the technician who evaluated our old system, and who provided an estimate for rejuvenation of the four-decade-old system. He returned the next day and in 2 hours replaced the motor, spring, rollers, etc. He gave me instructions on use and maintenance of the new hardware. I was amazed at how quiet the new system was, and how easily the garage door was raised and lowered. I should have done all of this months ago!!

The technicians are very professional, timely and helpful. The product quality is very poor. The old garage door opener I replaced had worked well at my house for over ten years. I bought a new garage door opener from Precision and it lasted slightly over a year and had to be replaced but was not covered by warranty. I then paid for a new one that lasted less than 6 months before I had to pay several hundred dollars for repair. I was told the problem was moister. With the humidity in Mobile, AL there will be moisture accumulation in almost any garage.
