We have used the company before. I called in today about 11:30 and received a same day appointment. My appointment was scheduled for the hours from 4pm to 6 pm. Jonathan the technician was early which was a pleasant surprise to me since the appointment was just made today. He resolved the problem in a short period of time and we can open and close our garage again.

I had to buy a new keypad entry box because of a defective 9v battery attachment pad. I know they have to make some kind of sales between door installs but a new keypad v a cheap battery connector. But I got a new box with a 90 day guarantee. Dylan the serviceman was great and was fast.

Quick, thorough, great customer service, knowledgeable and overall effective. This was a great repair experience. Since most people try to take advantage of women I was very hesitant.
