Use precision once before and I appreciate the explanation on what needed to be done and why at that time on a 20 year old garage door. Door sensors were replaced this time. They were part of the bigger repair the first time I just hope they last a little longer this time. Both times I like the way the techs went about their business. Will use them again but hopefully won’t need them. Thanks for your service

Dylon replaced springs and bearings on garage door. He gave us lots of information and told us specifically what needed to be done and why. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and courteous. We were completely happy with his service and our interaction with him.

Excellent service. We are very, very happy with our garage door. The installers were excellent!!!! I like that they contacted us ahead and checked to make sure everything was in place for the new door. They came when they said they would. Worked to install it and went over all the parts with us at the end of the install. We especially appreciated Cameron’s good work and great attitude.
