Garage door still not fixed. Have to bypass safety switch inside garage for door to go down . Having to come back out next week. BUT! I will be having a door installed when it comes in.....????????????????

Excellent service on short notice. The garage door malfunctioned very noisily right after I pulled into the garage and tried to close it. The door was hanging half off the track right over my car. After removing the car to a safer location, I called Precision for help and they came through big time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else needing assistance.

The service performed was to adjust the safety switches that evidently got bumped. The only reason I rated the service as a 3 instead of a five was that he tried to charge a commercial rate. The doors are 9 feet tall, not 10 feet. This should have been conveyed to him before hand as the person taking the order was told that.

Broken spring. Jonathan called and asked to come 3 hrs early than the scheduled time which was great! Very nice young man. Went right to work, explained what he was doing, and didn’t mind me watching as he worked, and learning a few things things about my system. Siliconed all moving parts, looked inside housing to inspect the internal cog wheel on my asking to confirm all good. You have a great person working for you that is capable of running the place someday soon!! Thxs for quick response to my need. Maria on scheduling was very good and thorough , also!

I called this morning about having someone come out and replace my keypad and it has now been replaced as of 2:30. The tech checked out my garage door and made sure everything is working well also. He was very thorough and professional.
