Excellent experience. We called Precision Door to install a roll up door on a pole barn, as well as adjust one that was already installed. Communication was excellent throughout - called prior to arrival and was able to complete the job ahead of schedule. The quality of work was excellent. Would recommend to anyone needing roll up door services.

We were very pleased with the work that was done on our garage door repair. Bill, our repairman was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. Most of all as the name of the company, he made sure anything he did was precise to the inch. My family enjoyed our repairman and will be using the company again for any additional services. Especially with repairmen like Bill.

The technicians are very professional, timely and helpful. The product quality is very poor. The old garage door opener I replaced had worked well at my house for over ten years. I bought a new garage door opener from Precision and it lasted slightly over a year and had to be replaced but was not covered by warranty. I then paid for a new one that lasted less than 6 months before I had to pay several hundred dollars for repair. I was told the problem was moister. With the humidity in Mobile, AL there will be moisture accumulation in almost any garage.

My garage door would not operate properly so I called Precision Door. They had installed the door. Precision sent Antonio to fix my problem. He was very friendly, very professional , and knew exactly what was needed. The situation was very pleasant thanks to Antonio’s attitude! I would recommend him and Precision to anyone who needs their garage door serviced !!

I am a retired Marine, and I work as a human resource manager for a fortune 500 company for 8 years, after I retired. Antonio came out to repair our garage door which would not open. He analyzed the situation and gave us a quote for repair. He is a very professional individual, and very knowledgeable. His customer service skills are top notch. I would not hesitate to ask for him by name. Thank you Precision Door Service of Mobile - Gulfport.

This is the second time I have use Precision Door service. Johnathan was on time, did the troubleshooting, and the 25 point safety inspection to accurately diagnosis my problem and gave me the quote. He did a fantastic job! He left my residence clean like he found it, even programmed our equipment. I love the new equipment, it's so quiet and smooth. Booking online or with the chat option is very easy. The turn around time is nice also. This is the only company I use for service and repair for our garage door needs.

My first impression Sunday, a very professional lady who knew my home past door experience set repair appointment for Monday . Mr. Bill Johnston, repair tech arrived on time, started repair immediately. He had spring needed in truck. He replaced professionally, politely and quickly. He advised me of some previous damage on door and gave estimates for total door replacement. With his knowledge, skill, pleasantness and professionalism, I will definetely contact Precision Door for replacement. I was very pleased and happy with entire Precision Door experience.
