Precision Door was recommended to me by Mr David Lowery. I am really please with the quality of your employees. When Kinsman came to give me an estimate I was really impressed. I asked for a week to decide and called the next day. When Ross called to let me know that the estimate was incorrect I was impressed again. We had such a good experience with Precision Door Service. They were prompt on getting back to us and were even able to come out on the same day. Kingsman was our technician, and our appointment was not until 6:00, he called me around 3:00 because he had availabilty, and headed our way. My husband said he was very good at explaining everything, and even gave some suggestions on getting our garage door to be a little bit more quiet. Great job!!

Mike presented our options, clearly explained what was proposed and helped with the selection of the best value for our needs. My garage door has been acting up, like it would just stop.. I called Precision and Kinsman was the service guy. He did a thorough job and really knowledable about the garage door and parts. My garage door motor was bad.....He changed it out, with new remote and warranty. Did a great job. Yes I recommend precision. He informed me of the types and the prices before I said change it. I actually chose the company through its web site and couldn't have been more pleased. They offered same day service, and I was not disappointed. The service technician called before he came and did an excellent job. He replaced the sensors and outside pad and serviced the unit. He was extremely professional and polite, and the charge seemed reasonable. I have never chosen service without a personal recommendation but I'm really glad I did.

They took my call on a Sunday and I had a technician there to fix my door at 9:30 Monday morning and had it fixed in under an hour. No other company was taking calls on the weekend! Great customer service!

We apologize for being late to the appointment. We alot a 2 hour window for arrival and if we are not on site within 4 hours we waive the service free as we understand the inconvenience. After reviewing the project with the technician he pointed out the door was very worn and to take care of all the potential safety risks a complete replacement would be the best long term solution. Please feel free to reach out to the office and speak with a manager to resolve.

Timely response to come look at the damaged door. More than timely response in accomplishing the actual repair (a week earlier than promised).

I have used Precision twice now for new installations, on both occasions Precision's service was prompt, courteous and at what I consider to be a fair and competitive price. One installation required a 20 ft wide custom door. It both looks and works superb. If you reside in the Mobile/Pensacola area, there is no better choice.
