I called for service at 7:45a the day after Christmas for my garage door that would not open. The call was answered by a human, no robots, and I was setup for an appointment by 8:45a. The service technician Mike, was really good and explained every thing he was doing. Great job, excellent service thank you very much. Use Precision they are exceptional.

Our repairman, Michael, was top of the line from beginning to end! He was polite and respectful and very knowledgable and thorough. I actually got a service appointment quickly and Michael was ON TIME :-) I hope I don't have any more issues with my garage door, but if I do, I will definitely call Precision Door Service :-)

I called 2 times prior to requesting a service call to make sure I understood the charge for a service call. I was told twice $49. And change if no parts are needed. I knew it was a simple fix but did not want my 89 year old dad to fool with it. Michael took 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the lose wire and charged me $130. Not sure what the disconnect but not fair

I called early in the AM on Thursday when the door would not open. They answered right away & scheduled the repair for 8 that morning. Van was there at the time mentioned, repaired the springs & was on his way within an hour. Great job and in a timely manner.

We had one of two torsion springs break this past Saturday and we did a lot of research on how to repair it ourselves. We also searched for companies to complete the repair for us. We almost bought the springs, metal bearing, and winding bars online, but decided to get estimates first. We called Precision on Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day at the time we asked for. Chris was the technician. He was very professional and went over options with us. Once he gave us the estimate, we were very satisfied and wanted to know how soon the repairs could be done. He said he could have it completed within an hour. Wow! The cost was very reasonable considering how much we were going to pay for parts. We were excited to know our garage door would be working within a short time, so of course we had him do the repairs. He was super! Thanks Chris!! We will tell everyone about how great you were!! Cable broke on 30 year old garage door damaging the ceiling supports. Scott Stuckey responded same day as my call. Thoroughly evaluated the situation and gave me several options to correct the door failure including repair and different levels of equipment replacement. Chose to replace two doors with PDS 200 (semi-insulated) doors and PDS 800 door openers. Ordering, installation, and completion schedule meet my time frame occurring within two weeks. Kinsman and Trent were the installers. They were skilled and timely in their work, pleasant to be around, very helpful in pointing out the attributes of their equipment, explained how to program the remotes and left a very clean work site once done. Very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and skill of each of PDS employees in getting the job done. Highly recommend!!!
