Scheduling flexibility and dependability is so valuable, especially when there are other subs working on a commercial project. We had one of two torsion springs break this past Saturday and we did a lot of research on how to repair it ourselves. We also searched for companies to complete the repair for us. We almost bought the springs, metal bearing, and winding bars online, but decided to get estimates first. We called Precision on Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day at the time we asked for. Chris was the technician. He was very professional and went over options with us. Once he gave us the estimate, we were very satisfied and wanted to know how soon the repairs could be done. He said he could have it completed within an hour. Wow! The cost was very reasonable considering how much we were going to pay for parts. We were excited to know our garage door would be working within a short time, so of course we had him do the repairs. He was super! Thanks Chris!! We will tell everyone about how great you were!! Cable broke on 30 year old garage door damaging the ceiling supports. Scott Stuckey responded same day as my call. Thoroughly evaluated the situation and gave me several options to correct the door failure including repair and different levels of equipment replacement. Chose to replace two doors with PDS 200 (semi-insulated) doors and PDS 800 door openers. Ordering, installation, and completion schedule meet my time frame occurring within two weeks. Kinsman and Trent were the installers. They were skilled and timely in their work, pleasant to be around, very helpful in pointing out the attributes of their equipment, explained how to program the remotes and left a very clean work site once done. Very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and skill of each of PDS employees in getting the job done. Highly recommend!!!

Fast, quality service. My wife found the company through an online search. We've been in our house less than a month. One of the springs on our door broke around 5PM, so it wouldn't open. It was fully repaired and functional before lunch the next day. In fact, the other components of the opening function were in such a bad state, I had them replace everything (both springs, rollers, cables, rod). The door now opens smoothly (it used to shake and shudder when opening) and it's much quieter than before!! The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, through the course of talking with them, they learned I'm a Veteran and they gave me the Veteran discount without my asking for it. I didn't even know they offered one. That's integrity, and it's greatly appreciated!! I definitely recommend this company! I put their contact information in my phone just in case I need their services again in the future.

Very good and quick service. Called at 9am and they were at my house by 11:15am. It was a bit pricey. The technician was at my house for about 20 min with no parts needed and very little labor and it was $174.
