Amazingly speedy response to service call on a Saturday afternoon for over head garage door repair. Professional, courteous technician who had everything needed on his truck. Highly effective use of wireless transmission shortened the time from my call to job done. I will be calling next week for another job. 5 stars.

I was looking for someone to repair an old garage door and your TV ad caught my attention as it stated you could fix any door and would come in a short amount of time. Mike and Dylon went the extra mile to check out my door and offer suggestions that would be best for me. They worked late and would not complete the job until I was completely satisfied. I am totally pleased and will definitely recommend Precision. Thank You!

Precision Door Service is an amazing company with pleasant and knowledgeable employees. The focus was on getting our warehouse roll up door repaired in a manner that suited our needs and accommodated our hours of business. Each employee of Precision Door Service with whom I spoke was always pleasant, courteous and efficient. My existing, inoperable 35 year old garage door was replaced with a new one. As should always be expected from any such service business, the new garage door looks great and works perfectly. I gladly give it a 5 star rating. I was most impressed with this company's well-organized and business-like efficiency from the time of my first call to their completion of the job. They could give lessons in how a home service business should be run. .

After dealing with two sub-par garage door companies I called Precision. Travis the technician was there within 2hours,diagnosed the problem and installed new motor and rollers. My door has never been so quiet. If all of your techs are as professional, courteous and knowledgeable as Travis you have a great team.. I will definitely recommend Precision Door!!!!

I had two new doors installed in my new garage. The technicians, Michael and Austin were on time, very knowledgable and professional. They did a great job in a timely manner. They explained how everything worked and when they were done they did a good job cleaning up. A few weeks later the doors needed some minor adjustments. I called Ross and he sent the same guys out the same day. They made the adjustments and made sure everything was in working order. These guys were very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. Pleasant experience from start to finish

Referred by neighbors, Patrick & Anita Page. Chris responded same day I called. Prompt, courteous and very well informed. He answered all my questions and presented all options. Installation was scheduled for 8:00 the next morning. Again, prompt, courteous and very efficient. I am very pleased with new garage door and.the service I received. ( Chris even rolled my garbage can in from the street - over and above duty.) KUDOS!!

These people bent over backward to get us the door we needed for our commercial building, at a price better than the competition and with a four day turnaround from order to installation. Nice job, guys!

Our technician, Jonathan Reeves was very knowledgable and professional. He called for permission to arrive early for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. He answered all our questions (more than once) and offered several solutions. Since Precision Door Service had the parts we needed (springs) and new opener we wanted in stock, he was able to complete the job the same day. We would definitely recommend this company and this technician. The Saturday hours are a plus as well.

I was having garage opener issues. A friend recommended a different company. I called and scheduled an appointment for a Friday, the owner didn't show up until Monday - with a list of apologies. No big deal. He told me his technician would contact me the next day (Tuesday) for an appointment. Needless to say I didn't get a callback. After a follow-up call on Wednesday I got more apologies. Enough is enough. Time to move on. I had to go out-of-town on Thursday (7/13). On Friday morning (7/14) around 10:30 I called Precision. The customer service representative told me I would hear from my technician between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. A little after 11:00 a.m. I received a call from technician Emanuel Striveson. He confirmed the appointment and said he would call when he was on his way (he was very pleasant to talk to). At 11:37 a.m. Emanuel calls back and says he will be at my house within 7 minutes (ahead of the scheduled appointment time). Emanuel arrives and greets me with a firm hand shake and a genuine smile (I could sense that this would be a good experience). He assesses my situation with my 20 year old chain-drive garage door opener. He gave me a quote that I was pleased with and proceeds to install a belt-drive unit right then and there (no waiting). During the whole process Emanuel exhibited professionalism and friendliness. He made certain that everything he removed was picked up. Afterwards he provided me with my owner manuals, remotes, and thoroughly explained the functionality of the garage opener. He talked about the 5 year warranty and told me if I needed their service again to not hesitate to call. I am very pleased with Emanuel's service, and especially pleased with my new "quiet" garage opener. I will recommend Precision Door Service to others. Emanuel is a true asset to your company. I will not be surprised if he soon moves up the ranks in your organization. My only regret is that I did not call your company first.

Saw your advertisement in Valpak, it stated phones answered & dispatched 24/7, etc. Also, someone highly recommended you to a person that had garage door problems, via neighborhood Nextdoor Warwick. Technician Emanuel, was dispatched and was at my home within 5-7 mins.,even though my son has tightened the screws, Emanuel thoroughly checked my garage door, and recommended some things that needed repairs very soon. I am going to contact Precision for those repairs very soon.

The technician that was sent to my home was polite and professional. He was prompt and did a outstanding job. My overall experience with The Precision Garage Door Service, from the person I spoke with that made my appointment to the technician that did the work, was great. I believed that the kind of customer service the Precision Garage Door Service gave me was a thing of the past, It's nice to know it's still around.
