Our technician, Jonathan Reeves was very knowledgable and professional. He called for permission to arrive early for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. He answered all our questions (more than once) and offered several solutions. Since Precision Door Service had the parts we needed (springs) and new opener we wanted in stock, he was able to complete the job the same day. We would definitely recommend this company and this technician. The Saturday hours are a plus as well.

I was having garage opener issues. A friend recommended a different company. I called and scheduled an appointment for a Friday, the owner didn't show up until Monday - with a list of apologies. No big deal. He told me his technician would contact me the next day (Tuesday) for an appointment. Needless to say I didn't get a callback. After a follow-up call on Wednesday I got more apologies. Enough is enough. Time to move on. I had to go out-of-town on Thursday (7/13). On Friday morning (7/14) around 10:30 I called Precision. The customer service representative told me I would hear from my technician between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. A little after 11:00 a.m. I received a call from technician Emanuel Striveson. He confirmed the appointment and said he would call when he was on his way (he was very pleasant to talk to). At 11:37 a.m. Emanuel calls back and says he will be at my house within 7 minutes (ahead of the scheduled appointment time). Emanuel arrives and greets me with a firm hand shake and a genuine smile (I could sense that this would be a good experience). He assesses my situation with my 20 year old chain-drive garage door opener. He gave me a quote that I was pleased with and proceeds to install a belt-drive unit right then and there (no waiting). During the whole process Emanuel exhibited professionalism and friendliness. He made certain that everything he removed was picked up. Afterwards he provided me with my owner manuals, remotes, and thoroughly explained the functionality of the garage opener. He talked about the 5 year warranty and told me if I needed their service again to not hesitate to call. I am very pleased with Emanuel's service, and especially pleased with my new "quiet" garage opener. I will recommend Precision Door Service to others. Emanuel is a true asset to your company. I will not be surprised if he soon moves up the ranks in your organization. My only regret is that I did not call your company first.

Saw your advertisement in Valpak, it stated phones answered & dispatched 24/7, etc. Also, someone highly recommended you to a person that had garage door problems, via neighborhood Nextdoor Warwick. Technician Emanuel, was dispatched and was at my home within 5-7 mins.,even though my son has tightened the screws, Emanuel thoroughly checked my garage door, and recommended some things that needed repairs very soon. I am going to contact Precision for those repairs very soon.

I really cant believe I was invited to complete a survey. I requested a consultation, technician came out and we spent over an hour discussing my need for 2 doors and openers, agreed on pricing, and also agreed that he would perform the work when no one was at our home. The day before the scheduled appointment I received an e-mail confirming the appointment. About an hour before the appointment time I received a voice mail from a different technician, whom I had never met or talked to, informing me that he would be at my home in an hour to do the work. I immediately sent a text message to the technician that I met with informing him of the voice mail and asked him if he would be there as well. He said no, that HIS MANAGER PULLED HIM OFF OF MY JOB AND SENT HIM ON A COMMERCIAL JOB. How nice! I immediately cancelled the order thru your website and proceeded to look alsewhere for a door supplier/installer that actually gives a damned about their customers. You guys really stink. I have been in sales/customer service for 30 years and the way that you handled this is EXACTLY THE WRONG WAY to treat a paying customer. Maybe the $3100 order was simply not enough to be treated in a decent way. It resulted in messing up the schedule for painting, but, and this is the only good part, I ended up with BETTER equipment and a LOWER PRICE. Word of mouth is powerful. I will be certain than I steer anyone needing garage doors away from your pitiful little company. The truth CAN hurt.

We typically have a designated install crew that will install all of our pre sold garage doors. This absolutely should have been discussed with you prior to booking the install. I am very sorry but each of our installers are just as qualified as the rest. Wish you the best!!

Work was done fast, area was clean when he left. Was very professional in all action. Problem: the emergence stop lights will not stay in place have to adjust every other time you try to close garage door.

Excellent response time and service. I made 1 call and had technicians at my house within 2 hours. The repair was completed within an hour and the door was back in service with a lifetime warranty on parts/labor.
