I called Precicion Door Service because the spring had broken and I couldn't get my truck out yesterday at 4:30. By six there was a technician here ready to fix my garage door. I decided to get a new garage door opener and all new spring replacements so we put it off until this morning. Emanuel the technician was back this morning to repair my door. Emanuel is the most awesome technician I have ever seen. He is not only good at what he does, but he is very polite, professional and very knowledgable about his equipment. My garage door now opens and it glides so smooth and hardly makes any noise. The last installer that put my door in didn't even have it bolted correctly and Emanuel made sure that it was. In all my years of dealing with problems concerning things being fix, I can honestly say he has been the best professional technician I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and Emanuel to anyone.

I had my garage door repaired by Jonathan. He arrived on time with a call before arriving. He replaced two of the door panels quickly and professionally. He went beyond what the job entailed, answered all my question and was very polite. The cost of the job way cheaper then I expected. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of a garage door repair. Will use again in the future if needed!

Hello, Had one of your Technicians come out to Tell me I needed a whole new opener with a cost of $500+, had someone come out 10/24/17 & they fixed it for $80 by adjusting the limits!!! So I had to pay your Company $50 to tell me to spend $500+!!! Sad, SMH!!!! Thank You Tammy Moses

Amazingly speedy response to service call on a Saturday afternoon for over head garage door repair. Professional, courteous technician who had everything needed on his truck. Each employee of Precision Door Service with whom I spoke was always pleasant, courteous and efficient. My existing, inoperable 35 year old garage door was replaced with a new one. As should always be expected from any such service business, the new garage door looks great and works perfectly. I gladly give it a 5 star rating. After dealing with two sub-par garage door companies I called Precision. Travis the technician was there within 2hours,diagnosed the problem and installed new motor and rollers. I had two new doors installed in my new garage. The technicians, Michael and Austin were on time, very knowledgable and professional. They did a great job in a timely manner. They explained how everything worked and when they were done they did a good job cleaning up. A few weeks later the doors needed some minor adjustments. I called Ross and he sent the same guys out the same day. They made the adjustments and made sure everything was in working order. These guys were very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. Pleasant experience from start to finish
