Fast, quality service. My wife found the company through an online search. We've been in our house less than a month. One of the springs on our door broke around 5PM, so it wouldn't open. It was fully repaired and functional before lunch the next day. In fact, the other components of the opening function were in such a bad state, I had them replace everything (both springs, rollers, cables, rod). The door now opens smoothly (it used to shake and shudder when opening) and it's much quieter than before!! The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, through the course of talking with them, they learned I'm a Veteran and they gave me the Veteran discount without my asking for it. I didn't even know they offered one. That's integrity, and it's greatly appreciated!! I definitely recommend this company! I put their contact information in my phone just in case I need their services again in the future.

Precision garage doors, installed two doors for me, they were very professional and reasonable price wise. I would recommend them to friends and family...in the beginning I had a very small technical problem with my door, I called and reported it, they came out immediately and fixed the problem with a great attitude..what a great company to use...... To say the lease I was very pleased with there work and customer service.

Very good and quick service. Called at 9am and they were at my house by 11:15am. It was a bit pricey. The technician was at my house for about 20 min with no parts needed and very little labor and it was $174.

Precision Door was recommended to me by Mr David Lowery. I am really please with the quality of your employees. When Kinsman came to give me an estimate I was really impressed. I asked for a week to decide and called the next day. When Ross called to let me know that the estimate was incorrect I was impressed again. Having only seen pictures of my doors I was Leary of the quality but you came through. From a customer-service perspective this is truly the best company I have dealt with in YEARS. We had such a good experience with Precision Door Service. They were prompt on getting back to us and were even able to come out on the same day. Kingsman was our technician, and our appointment was not until 6:00, he called me around 3:00 because he had availabilty, and headed our way. My husband said he was very good at explaining everything, and even gave some suggestions on getting our garage door to be a little bit more quiet. Great job!!

The entire process from the initial visit, repair proposals and installation was very professional. Mike presented our options, clearly explained what was proposed and helped with the selection of the best value for our needs. Based on Mike's presentation, we elected to not only replace the door but also the opener. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend Mike and Precision to anyone. As an added bonus to our experience, all appointments we on time and we received a call prior to arrival.

My garage door has been acting up, like it would just stop.. I called Precision and Kinsman was the service guy. He did a thorough job and really knowledable about the garage door and parts. My garage door motor was bad.....He changed it out, with new remote and warranty. Did a great job. Yes I recommend precision. He informed me of the types and the prices before I said change it. I am very pleased with Precision, thank goodness they advertise. That is how I found them to be servicing Mobile area.

I actually chose the company through its web site and couldn't have been more pleased. They offered same day service, and I was not disappointed. The service technician called before he came and did an excellent job. He replaced the sensors and outside pad and serviced the unit. He was extremely professional and polite, and the charge seemed reasonable. I have never chosen service without a personal recommendation but I'm really glad I did.

They took my call on a Sunday and I had a technician there to fix my door at 9:30 Monday morning and had it fixed in under an hour. No other company was taking calls on the weekend! Great customer service!
