My service technician was Kinsman. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me and did an excellent job in about 45 minutes! I am so glad to know that their are still companies around that pride themselves in excellent service.

We had such a good experience with Precision Door Service. They were prompt on getting back to us and were even able to come out on the same day. Kingsman was our technician, and our appointment was not until 6:00, he called me around 3:00 because he had availabilty, and headed our way. My husband said he was very good at explaining everything, and even gave some suggestions on getting our garage door to be a little bit more quiet. Great job!!

The entire process from the initial visit, repair proposals and installation was very professional. Mike presented our options, clearly explained what was proposed and helped with the selection of the best value for our needs. Based on Mike's presentation, we elected to not only replace the door but also the opener. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend Mike and Precision to anyone. As an added bonus to our experience, all appointments we on time and we received a call prior to arrival.

My garage door has been acting up, like it would just stop.. I called Precision and Kinsman was the service guy. He did a thorough job and really knowledable about the garage door and parts. My garage door motor was bad.....He changed it out, with new remote and warranty. Did a great job. Yes I recommend precision. He informed me of the types and the prices before I said change it. I am very pleased with Precision, thank goodness they advertise. That is how I found them to be servicing Mobile area.

I actually chose the company through its web site and couldn't have been more pleased. They offered same day service, and I was not disappointed. The service technician called before he came and did an excellent job. He replaced the sensors and outside pad and serviced the unit. He was extremely professional and polite, and the charge seemed reasonable. I have never chosen service without a personal recommendation but I'm really glad I did.

Your man was 3 Hours Late. Then he said, he could not get parts to repair my door. So he tried to sell me a new door." I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday " !!!

Timely response to come look at the damaged door. More than timely response in accomplishing the actual repair (a week earlier than promised).

I had an emergency after hours yesterday and called your company. The 4 hour time frame given was understandable; however, your guys were great and made it to my office in less than 1.5 hours. Your guys were absolutely fantastic, very professional! They explained the repairs that were needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Wonderful experience, and will definitely use your company again.

I have used Precision twice now for new installations, on both occasions Precision's service was prompt, courteous and at what I consider to be a fair and competitive price. One installation required a 20 ft wide custom door. It both looks and works superb. If you reside in the Mobile/Pensacola area, there is no better choice.

Excellent service. My repaired door is super quiet. Service man did a complete inspection, showed me wear and safety issues, and gave me options. I was well informed and free to make my own decisions . I wish other service providers were this efficient.
