Antonio Gilchrist is very personable, a good communicator who called with lead times on arrival. He got caught up in traffic and let us know he would be late. Antonio performed a safety check and explained what our problem was which he repaired in short order. He then suggested preventative maintenance steps. Great job!

Precision Door is an amazing vendor! Every time we have contacted them for service the level of professionalism and customer service is top notch. From Hannah at the local office to Travis our Tech for today. Every single Tech they have sent to us have gone above and beyond to make us feel like we're actually part of a family, not just a customer. I LOVE that they send a text with a picture of the tech with a small bio about them, and estimated time of arrival.

Tech called ahead because he would be more than a half hour early. We easily rescheduled his arrival. The 'call ahead' is great! His assessment included ongoing, comprehensive, understandable description and explanation with useful instructions for me. He is personable, friendly, and professional. I suggest he give his business card so I can be sure to remember his name if I need y'all's help again. No repair was needed, he did evaluation and recalibrated and lubricated operator and hinges; and instructed me.

I had Michael come out Saturday and he gave me an estimate for 2 different service options. I needed to think on it to see which option to go with. He said he'd call back to check on Sunday and we could get everything done then. We agreed that a good time to call would be between 1 and 2 after I got out of church. I called about 12pm to follow up. They couldn't reach anyone. I reached back out twice via Live chat 1hr and 2hrs later to try to get service and I still couldn't get anyone to come. The agents all said they left messages. I guess the 24/7 option was just in theory. So now I'm stuck with my garage not working and not much assistance after reaching out three times. Which is unfortunate bc they were recommended by my neighbor.
