This is the way I want to be treated as a customer. Yes, I'm a boomer and grew up in an era when great customer service was normal, not an exception. However, my experience with Precision Garage Door and the Technician, Blake Turberville, was far above expectations. Blake was very knowledgeable, provided a variety of options, answered every question, and did not once try to upsell me. Unbelievably, Blake completed substantial work on the first visit. He had everything he needed to complete the job. Highly reccomend.

When we called for help with the garage door your people set us up with a technician very quickly. Antonio called us shortly and told us when he would be there. He gave us a quick evaluation and estimate of the options available. When we made our selection, he did a very fast repair/replacement job and left behind no mess or parts. I would recommend Precision for door problems and Antonio is a great technician. He's a nice guy and communicates what is going on and what we need to do very well. We weren't planning on doing this but once the door broke, we are very thankful Precision stood ready to bail us out and get our door back in service Thanks

Imagine going about your day and you hear a noise so loud you think a car ran into your house! Come to find out it was a spring that popped. February 25, 2025, Mr. Michael Buckley, Technician came out to repair my garage door. Mr. Buckley is very professional in his approach to making an assessment of repairs to be completed. He pointed out and communicated clearly all that needed to be completed. He professionally presented available options. Mr. Buckley completed all repairs in timely manner. Overall, Mr. Buckley is a valuable asset to the company he represents.
