Antonio arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He explained the issue and the corrective action he would need to take as well as the price. He also offered optional services to maintain my unit which I declined at this time. He quickly resolved my issue and as a courtesy lubricated my door and explained this should be done periodically. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door needs.

We called on a Sunday morning when our garage door would not open. We were scheduled between 10-12. It wasn’t long before we had a call from Antonio. He came out and diagnosed we had a broken spring. Since the garage door is close to 15 years old we opted to have more than the spring fixed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out he had the parts needed and could do the repairs right then. Antonio was professional and did the repairs in a little over an hour. We will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

I needed some work done to my garage doors and saw Precision Garage on Halls Mill Road so I gave them a call. They responded immediately. I had two service technicians (Tommy and Juan) come out the next day and found I had more problems than I knew about. They explained everything, showed me what they were talking about gave me a quote on the spot. I approved the quote and they immediately got to work. When they left my garage doors were working like new. I will definitely continue to have them service my doors from now on. The experience was a good one from the person that answered my call to the technicians very friendly and professional and they actually seemed to care.

Our company had a broken garage door; we checked around and the fastest response was from Precision. The two-man team that arrived, did so without delay, we were given an honest estimate, they were able to start; not only, but they quickly did the transition to a more reliable, quiet and energy saving modification. I was personally pleased with how knowledgeable, careful and professional the two technicians were: Antonio Gilchrist and Dwane--you both did a fantastic job, and I will definitely recommend you as well as Precision to anyone. Thank you All.

The service technician, Antonio, and his helper arrived on time and were very professional as they inspected our garage door and performed the necessary maintenance. In addition to those tasks, they reprogramed the door openers so that all worked correctly. No time was wasted and we will definitely utilize their services in the future. Thank you for the prompt response to our inquiry yesterday afternoon! GREAT JOB!!

Antonio provided polite, detailed excellent service. He texted an expected ETA to the job site. He communicated very well and explained the best options for maintaining the door. He demonstrated basic service techniques and suggested these be done every 3 months. We could not be happier with this service call.
