Tony M. Jones, I called the company with an issue of the door opening and closing. The issue really was with the type censor used and had gotten miss- aligned with a loose connection to the opposite side. Precision was called and a request for Jermery was made to come take a look and he was very professional in taking care of our issue and very nice and knowledgeable in handling our issue. Things were done in a timely manner and really got here way before the said time he was expected. We very happy issue was resolved, and he stressed to call back if any further problems. Tony
