Had to have the tension springs replaced. Kirby called and said he could come an hour earlier than scheduled so that I didn't have to wait all day. He explained exactly what he was going to do and the potential problems that could occur if the job was not done right. He showed me what he did after he completed the work. He was very professional.

Joey gave our garage door a great tune-up and got everything back in working order in no time! Even fabricated some metal sensor holders on the spot, that work much better than what came with the original garage door (which was not installed by Precision). Great job, on time, explained everything he was doing.

The young gentleman that worked on my door was very cordial, helpful and very informative of what was needed and what he was going to do to fix my door. And unlike some appliance service reps. he had the parts on his truck to do the work right then!! (Which is an absolute plus).
