Had to have the tension springs replaced. Kirby called and said he could come an hour earlier than scheduled so that I didn't have to wait all day. He explained exactly what he was going to do and the potential problems that could occur if the job was not done right. He showed me what he did after he completed the work. He was very professional.

Even fabricated some metal sensor holders on the spot, that work much better than what came with the original garage door (which was not installed by Precision).
