Technician Kirby was on time and professional. He was thorough with his explanation of options in repairing the problem with the garage door. The young gentleman that worked on my door was very cordial, helpful and very informative of what was needed and what he was going to do to fix my door. And unlike some appliance service reps. he had the parts on his truck to do the work right then!! (Which is an absolute plus). The same day service was great, I was leaving to go earlier, and my GD wouldn't close and I was off, and I had to get it fix that day, because I had to go back to work Tue. I had call other same day service, but they said not today, the next day, so I got on line and seen your add,and called, and the young lady say yes we can get to you today, and the young man very professional name Shawn came and check it out , and he knew what the problem was, and he fixed it very quick, I said yes, because I wasn't going to be able to sleep with my garage door open all night, the price was reasonable, and I didn't have to miss work the next day, Great job Shawn!!!!

I had the spring break on one of my garage doors today. I contacted Precision Door at about 1:30. The tech arrived at my house at 3PM. The agreed upon time for my appointment was between 3 and 5PM It took Chris a little over 1 hour to replace the broken spring, rod and other parts. Chris did an excellent job.

We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.
