On the service side (both from my first call in and the technician that came onsite), I give Precision 5 stars! All three employees I dealt with were very professional, super quick to help and dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Very impressed! So why 4 stars? While the service pricing was reasonable, especially for the level of service, I also purchased a new piece of equipment that was unrelated. They charged me more than double the amount I would have paid for it anywhere else. ($125 vs $55). That is a little annoying but I had already agreed to the overall estimate before I realized that price discrepancy. The moral of the story is great company to do service level business with but maybe check the price of new equipment before agreeing to anything.
Thank you for the feedback on this. We had a manager reach out to ensure this situation was not only resolved but didn't happen again. There were two different lm828 gateways in the Service Titan price book. One was 75.00 and the other was 125.00. Technician was unaware he had selected the wrong model. We have since taken care of the issue in the price book and immediately requested a refund to our billing department. Management reached out to involve you in a solution. We were happy to hear the steps we took to resolve the issue were in line with your expectations of how business should be done. Tommy was an excellent tech. After he did an assessment on the door, he showed and explained the parts that were broken, needs for updating certain parts (spring, operating motor, rollers, etc.) to meet current standards. He provided me with the minimum repair and cost to get the door working, and a cost for repairs and the upgrade package if I wanted to consider an upgrade. He explained the benefits of the upgrade package (safety, surge protection for the operating motor, etc.). The upgrade also provided an outside keypad for opening the door, heavier spring, nylon rollers, etc.) Tommy provided a good training period to explain the difference and improvements in controls, how to change the digital code, etc. After a decision was made and contract signed, he was very efficient in the installation of new equipment. I was most pleased with Tom's professional work and presentation. He did the repairs and upgrade in less than three hours. I highly recommend Tommy and Precision for garage door repairs and installation.

My garage door main spring broke after 27 years. Called my son to see if he new who I could call. He said to call Precision because they had done good work on his neighbors garage door and for several other people in his neighborhood. I called Precision and had an appointment set up for just 2 hours from the time I called. Within 30 minutes the technician called back and said he was within 10 minutes from my house, would it be OK if he came by early. I said yes, and an hour later my garage door was running like new!!! I do recommend Precision and will call them if I need anything else for my garage door.

Chris and his team did amazing work. They arrived promptly at 2 and were very professional and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring, but they ended up fixing the rollers since those were about to break as well. He walked me through all of the available options and the repair process. He even fixed the motor mount for no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Precision Doors installed the system approximately 5 years ago. I was so umpressed with how quick and efficient they were. The system has worked perfectly but recently malfunctioned. I would not think of calling anyone other than Precision. Rhe tech called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He immediately diagnosed the problem then fixed it. I was well pleased with the service. Very good company with well trained employees.
