Great service from Scott - he made you look better because of the inconsistent scheduling. I received an E-Mail scheduling from 12-2 pm and set my day up according to that schedule. Scott‘s schedule showed from 10-12. Looks like one hand didn’t check with the other. Any way Scott showed up early and we were able to work it out this time. Great guy, great service.

Our garage door came off track (not installed by PDS) & trapped my wife’s vehicle in the garage. I placed a service call to PDS at 8:00a.m. At 2:p.m. Cameron Fontenot showed up to repair. The individuals that set appointments are always cheerful and eager to schedule a technician to address our needs. The usual technician, "Travis", is the best! Travis is friendly, easy going, and a true craftsman. His professional attitude is focused on resolving the door problem at hand.
