Dylan Byrd arrived as promised and quickly determined the repair needed. Dylan's knowledge and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Turns out the previous owner installed the incorrect springs for the size and weight of the garage door. A quote is forthcoming. Thank you again to Dylan and the Precision staff.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service based on previous events in repairing my garage door. They have always done a good job. They were very knowledgeable and repaired/replaced components as needed, and provided maintenance tips to help keep good performance of the door. The serviced performed today was an attempt to stop the door from sticking. It is stuck in the up position. The technician, Shaun Byrd, evaluated the problem. It was determined it would be more beneficial to replace the motor system and the door. The motor is about 10-12 years old and the door was installed in 1986. I agreed with his assessment. He then very patiently showed me the options for my new garage door and explained everything about the process. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
