Dillon Hunt did a great job answering my questions during the initial consultation. Dylon Byrd was mentoring Dillon but I did not know until later in the initial consultation. Really demonstrates the level of training your team goes through. Michael and Alex did a great job! They were professional and even though they had to come through the house they wiped their feet before entering. They cleaned up after the job and even wiped down some of the areas on the outside of the new door that were a little dirty. They also used a blower to clean off the driveway. Very professional!

I did a google search and called. I was able to talk to a person immediately and she scheduled a person to come out within 2 hours. They were very nice and professional and gave me a price and several options. To our surprise, they repaired it right then. I was also impressed because they educated us on how to take care of the maintenance on it.

Shawn came on time after calling and adjusted my new door closing...good job, but don't know why it had to be adjusted again after one month?

My appointment was for 12:00 but Austin called and come early. He was very nice and explained what needed to be repaired. Service was fast and he had all the parts for the repair on hand. I saw their trucks around town, which I called and they didn't disappoint. If you need garage door repair/replacement, give them a call.

Precision Door was a great company to work with. They were able to send a technician out within hours of my call. The technician, Jacob, was great. He was polite and thorough in explaining my options. He completed the installation of the new garage door opener in a timely fashion. He programmed my car and was thorough in the explanation of the features of the unit. I would highly recommend this company and this technician.

The guys that came out to do the service call were very professional ,They were confident that they could do the job. The guys did their inspection of the job and gave me an estimated price ( when I called in as well as upon the visit I told them that it was too replace the wood package on the door).the guys gave me a quote on the price, I asked if he was sure that they looked at the complete job and everything else was fine (I was told and I quote "Sir I do this everyday We have checked everything") I agreed to have the job done. The next day when the service tech came out to complete the work ( I took It upon on myself to remove the Vinyl siding around the door opening to ensure that it did not need to be replaced). The service Tech asked if they looked at the job because they did not quote me a price for enough wood. I told him that I removed the siding that morning to see for myself If the 2 X 4 YP did not need to be replaced an they needed to be replaced. he said that he was sorry that I was not told about having to replace the 2 X 4 X 8 YP , but he would get me a price. As a customer I don't like being told the day of service about an additional price when I already in too the job.Other then that small problem everything else was Great. (I did not see Senior discount on invoice)

The technician and his assistant showed up right on time and got to work directly. They had all the materials they needed and tools required on the truck. As they worked they noticed some unique circumstances and adjusted the installation accordingly. They both were willing and able to answer any and all questions we had. All in all an A+ job.

Great job by tech. Courteous,friendly, and did quality work. Installed and programmed all devices even programmed my truck to open door. If I had a business I would want my employees to be like him . He was very competent and helpful in making sure every thing was working properly and explaining maintenance of equipment.
