The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and the products are very good. However, when I tried to call the technician back, our mobile call was dropped, to ask questions about operations and maintenance of my new equipment I was routed to the office, placed on a very long hold and told I could not talk to the technician. I asked several times but I was not allowed to talk to the technician again.

The technicians that came to repair my garage door were, first and foremost, punctual. They were both very friendly and courteous, they explained EXACTLY what the problems with the mechanism were and gave me options of the ways to fix it, that best fit my budget. When they were done, it was like "Batman" fixed it. There were NO signs that they had ever been there, other than a perfectly functioning garage door. Elisha Wigal and the trainee that came with him,whose name I can't recall right now, were professional and personable at the same time. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees like this...BRAVO !!!!

Although our garage door could not be repaired on the same day, the technician Jonathan, seemed more than capable of handling our problem. Our opener had come completely off the door and then caused damage beyond repair. Your ad stating garage door repair and a glowing referral from a family member made me call your company. Jonathan promised to call as soon as the repair parts come in! I was worried about response time, but they could come the same day and by NOON! Thank you!

Nick the technician was super. He was efficient with performing a review. Of my existing system. While he tried to reserve my current system, I determined that the cost was not efficient so he worked out a plan to upgrade to a new garage door opener with all the new whistles and bell that would best serve me. Nock installed the new system in about 2 hours and he demonstrated how everything function. I really appreciated his kindness , expertise and smartness. He was very courteous and careful. Fast response to service call. Did not appericate the blind three man service call. Hence the extra charges for two laborers plus the actual one who came to fix it. When I questioned the bill he said all there normal teams were out so they sent three people just in case with the lesser experience. WOW that is not how to win business by overcharging for an extra person your company slid into extra charges. Yes they arrive fast but they bring more people than needed then they charge you for those people.
